PlusCup is the best ever! I had my grandson’s video done and PlusCup was very efficient, video was sent to me probably 24hrs if not less. The quality is very much worth the price or even amazingly done well, than what you’re paying for. TOTALLY worth it! The best gift you can give for your little ones! Our grandson was even teary-eyed when he saw he’s video for the first time and was so happy seeing a greeting coming from Bluey. Probably he felt he’s part of the show too. A bluey fanatic that he is. He was soo happy to have gifted with Bluey video wherein he felt his a part of. Now, he watches his personalized video atleast 5x a day. I ordered this a little over a month in advance so that it would be available for my daughter’s birthday today. Surprisingly it was no longer available and was deleted without warning. Nowhere on the delivery email does it give an expiration date. Had I known it had an expiration date, I would have waited. Now there is not video to share with my daughter.

The video is perfect! My four yr old is going to love it. Customer service is extremely responsive. The video was completed pretty fast, but the pronunciation of the name was incorrect. I reached out and they were able to send me a revised video within a few hours. Thank you!

Hello I uploaded my daughter picture,but in video is different small child,I don’t know Hu is the child in picture,now I can’t show the video to my daughter.

I loved the video and so did my 3 year old. The video was delivered quickly and it was perfect. I ordered a 2nd video for my niece and the customer service was amazing. Their email response time was quick, professional and I couldn't be happier with both purchases. All my questions were answered and they also updated the video to my exact liking.

This was a huge hit at my son’s Bluey themed birthday party! He loved it. The other kids loved it. Even the adults thought it was so cute. It was absolutely perfect!

Beautifully done, loved how they were able to pronounce my nephew's name and I loved all the detail they included outside what I had said to be in the video, also came in great timing without me having to expedite the process. Definitely would do it again for another one of my nieces or nephews, or hopefully somebody will do it for me lol!

The first video’s pronunciation was incorrect but after reaching out they fixed the video within 12 hours! Ridiculous how fast it was! My daughter was so excited about the video!
