Excellent customer service, super responsive after I filled out a contact form, and the personalized Gabby's Dollhouse video is so cute. One of the names was mispronounced and they went back and edited it very quickly. I can't wait for my niece to see her video on her birthday! Highly recommend for the kiddos.

Saw this advertised on Instagram and would highly recommend. I selected the Spidey & Friends as our child is having a Marvel Superhero party so this was ideal. We got sent the personalised video within 24hours but were not 100% happy with the pronunciation but with a email reply we got it sorted on the same day. Highly recommend. Thanks

The video for my granddaughter is lovely and perfect. She is going to sing and dance Huntrix Golden at her 6 years birthday party herself. I am sure she will love the video. I was surprised that there is also a Happy birthday wish in Finnish language!

This was my first time to do a birthday message clip for my child. PlusCup process was so fast I received the clip the same day and I was so excited to purchase this. The quality is great and I am very happy with the clip I added a personalised picture and it’s very clear and perfect. Although i assumed i was receiving a USB I didn’t realise it was a link only. But overall I really can’t wait for my little girl to watch it and see her little face. Thank you so much 10/10

We couldn’t air play it on the TV for my niece to view it which was the whole point. Extremely disappointed especially because she lives 1200 miles away and this was the inly special thing we could do together to celebrate her 5 th birthday.

Ordered my son a Bluey video for his 2nd birthday and it was delivered much quicker than I expected. I asked for a couple of minor adjustments to be made - they were done and the new video was sent to me the following day. No worries at all. Awesome customer service.
My son adores his video and gets so exited every time we play it, and it goes for longer than I thought it would to!

I learned of PlusCup from an Instagram ad I saw around the holiday season. I saved the ad because I knew I’d want to do a personalized birthday message for my little one in the future—I’m so glad I did!

The Bluey experience was spot on and crafted extremely well. However, the responsiveness of staff/the creator and their customer service is what stood out most. I really appreciate them making a last minute correction I requested after I realized I had made a mistake in my original script.

Overall, I am extremely happy with the outcome and several of my friends have already asked for details so they can create videos for their kids as well. You won’t be disappointed.
