Rush ordered a Bluey clip and it came through within 24 hours so good stuff. Starts off good but then the birthday song they dance to is so random and sung with an American accent which doesn’t fit with the theme at all. The song is awful as well. It then has 2 minutes of random clips from Bluey episodes just banged together. I emailed this feedback and received an email back saying it would be edited. 24 hours later I followed up and received an email back saying it couldn’t be edited. Why offer? It’s so bad I feel embarrassed showing it to my daughter…do not waste your money and the customer service is abysmal.

The video quality was absolutely perfect and the messaging was great. But the service level was unequivocally excellent. This was my first purchase and I will continue to buy from them as the opportunities present themselves. My daughter is going to love it. I can’t wait.

I found this business on IG and placed an order. I received the video in about a day. They mispronounced my son’s name in the video and when I reached out to them, they asked that I send a recording of the pronunciation and then sent me another video with his name said correctly. I truly appreciate that.
My son was so happy. He said “how did Sonic know my name?”🤣 It truly made his day. Thank you once again.

If I could give one small note (for younger ages) the beginning song won’t keep their attention for enough. I plan on cutting right to Rumi talking and then the 2nd song to the end.
