I've used this company on and off for over 10 years. They are fast, reliable, cheaper than Royal Mail and easy to reach by phone. Never had a priblem with them.

Delayed delivery package bashed about hence damaged belongings
I had to send 2 emails to find out why my parcel had been in one depot for 48 hours when the package finally arrived 6 days later it had been very bashed about hence the contents were damaged!

Very unprofessional service
I was assured my boxes would be collected the day I had chosen and booked in advance but I spent the whole day at home waiting and no one came to pick them up. I called the same day and the day after several times as i was pinicking because I was moving to a different country the day after and could not leave the boxes in London and could not even spend my entire last day at home waiting again. On the phone I was asked to find a solution in case the UPS guy would not come on time! i had to find a solution!! it was their mistake but I had to think of an alternative way to get them collected!!! Only after having spent the whole morning calling, making pressure, calling UPS as well when i wasn' t even supposed to do so as it was Pharos Parcel responsability to ensure that the service was provided efficiently, finally they came to collect the boxes just a few hours before my flight and my moving out.
I am very disappointed, unacceptable service, i will never use them again.

Dear Chiara,
I am sorry there was an issue with this collection for you.
The only reference I can find under your name was a parcel to Italy which was booked on 29th November and was due to be collected on the 30th and delivered in Italy on the 4th December.
It was collected on the 30th at 2pm.
If there is problem with a collection UPS do have an alternative solution of dropping your parcel into an access point which is a local shop in your area. This is what we might have suggested to you as a plan B to help you out. We do suggest not to leave shipping boxes until the day before you depart just in case there is a problem with the driver finding the address. I understand it added to the stress of moving.
Again I apologise for the misunderstanding on this issue.

I sent 2 boxes from Edinburgh to Spain.
Website and booking process is good, easy and quick.
A little lack of communication between PharosParcel and UPS, do not expect a specific pick-up time, so someone needs to be at home/office waiting for UPS to show up.
On the PharosParcel side, all great! Becoming a little expensive for us who pay in euros ^^

I am sorry I can't do anything about the Sterling/Euro situation.
We are introducing a new service to Europe in the New Year which should be a bit cheaper and you won't have to wait at home all day for a collection.
It is a frustation to us as well.

Cheap and cheerful, delivered with no issues but lack of pick up time slot or ability to contact and ask driver location was a real pain

I booked my parcel online on Thursday evening, my parcel was collected from my sisters house in the UK on Friday morning 0830. My parcel was delivered to me in Spain 5 days later.

. My box arrived in four days from motheris front door to my friends front door in Ibiza ..what a great service! Not expensive and hassle free..I wish there was a the same service from Spain to UK.
