I've used this company on and off for over 10 years. They are fast, reliable, cheaper than Royal Mail and easy to reach by phone. Never had a priblem with them.

This company is no longer operational
This company is no longer operational. The website says that they can't take your order online, but to phone them to place it. The phone isn't answered and it goes to answering machine. The telephone number is a local call but one which can make the company money. Suggest that you don't bother to call them and they don't answer emails either.
They should have had the decency to tell all their regular clients that they were closing down, but obviously not!

This company seems to be going bust or very short staffed
Seems to run on an un professional 'part time' basis
When there is a problem, no reply to emails or repeated telephone
messages
When finally someone does answer the phone its a very rude woman
with extremely dismissive attitude

Five star and superb service!
Five star and superb service!
Recommended to me by a friend , I gave Pharosparcels a go.. I was absolutely delighted - my expectations were over delivered ( excuse the pun).
I need to send at least two boxes abroad a month and the entire process from biking online to collection and then delivery is seamless!
Great customer service for any enquiries and I cannot recommend them more highly!

Management has always taken ownership…
Management has always taken ownership of my shipments, no matter how large or small the consignment. Any issues relating to customs or issues outside their control, are immediately dealt with in a timely manner. Excellent customer service! Would 100% recommend for anyone looking for peace of mind in their distributions

I've used Pharos Parcel for years. I send suitcases to my house in Spain to save money checking them on the Aeroplane, the service has always been faultless. I like knowing there's always someone to speak to.

I am not sure if they are still in…
I am not sure if they are still in business. Booked parcel received payment confirmation by Paypal but no confimation from them or labes l. Two unanswered emails.I have had to book with somebody else and will get my money back via Paypal.

I think this company has gone bust! they never answer the phone for ages now and number is no longer on their website! don't trust to book if no one to speak to
