Excellent Customer Service.
Having gone back to our retailer with a concern on one of our chairs, we shared photos to illustrate the issue.
Parker Knoll promptly contacted us directly and a booking was made within three weeks.
Steve Peberdy from PK visited us and spent two hours completely replacing the corner block as he wasn’t satisfied with it.
Have to say overall top notch customer service, a courteous and efficient visit, an excellent outcome and a very satisfied customer. Cheers

We had two small issues with our new…
We had two small issues with our new Parker Knoll sofa and chair. Both times they responded immediately and sent an agent out to inspect the problem. Robert Green attended both times and dealt with these promptly and efficiently with an appropriate solution and explanation. He was very professional, friendly and respectful in our home. We would definitely recommend him as a service agent. Our sofas are very comfortable and the quality is excellent and we are more than happy with our experience of Parker Knoll and their staff.

The Parker Knoll subcontractor came…
The Parker Knoll subcontractor came with the remade cushion covers and worked very hard for almost 4 hours,
Obviously a real tradesman and nothing wrong with his work in fact would state excellent, but why are they already creasing?
And the one that never creases still is not.
Very disappointed with the purchase and no phone number to have a moan.

Poor experience with Parker Knoll
Poor experience with Parker Knoll , Chicago furniture from day 1 material on seats had creases in (advised this is known as puddling).
Poor quality.

Met Robert Green (troubleshooter in upholstery clearly) and he explained our settee problem to us and went about fixing it for an hour or so .. Now we'll sit on the results and test it for a few days .. Good man though and communicative - he clearly has "tried and tested skills in practical application problem- solving ..

My late daughter purchased a Parker…
My late daughter purchased a Parker Knoll lounge suite from Pargeters of Stourbridge, she was not happy with one of the armchairs and contacted Parker Knoll direct as Pargeters has ceased to trade. Following her death and after several emails by her son and myself we eventually had a visit, several months after the initial email from Rob, the Parker Knoll technician who resolved the issue within minutes in a very professional and efficient manner. Why did Parker Knoll take so long to respond to our emails, who knows, a sign of the times perhaps.

Recliner repaired under guarantee within 8 days. The service was superb from arranging repair visit the same day as my initial call to the engineer who changed whole reclining mechanism.

Top marks for Parker Knoll and their Customer Services Team
We bought a complete suite of reclining leather Parker Knoll furniture a few years ago that we have been delighted with. Two years ago we had a nightmare house move which resulted in us having 15 months in rental while our new house was being built. When we moved in to our new property eventually, we discovered a few months later that the lead for the reclining armchair had somehow got lost so we had a fabulous looking chair that was my husbands favourite, that sadly did not recline. However following getting in touch with Parker Knoll Customer Service they diligently followed up on the model and produced a new lead that meant my husband can now put his feet up again! The suite in pale grey leather looks as good and is a comfortable as when it was delivered brand new from the showroom. Well done to Parker Knoll and Jack in Customer Services for persevering - we are such happy and fully satisfied customers!

My Parker Knoll experience. …
I chose my Parker Knoll furniture largely for the level of comfort and support it provides. It looks good too. My buying experience was positive. I discussed my needs and was given guidance and help regarding choosing material with a wide range of samples to consider. I was also left alone to make my final choice which I appreciated.
A home visit was arranged prior to the delivery to ensure access was possible which was really helpful and the actual delivery went well the furniture arriving two weeks earlier than the estimated date.
A very good experience all round with the choosing, buying and delivery. I'm delighted with the furniture and so is my back!

Now that's what I call after care!
Years after buying two Parker Knoll reclining chairs (and sofa and upright armchair) they were all in good nick until one of the recliners suffered a broken release latch. Years out of guarantee, so I wrote to ask where I could buy a replacement.. and days later a free replacment arrived, with the name of a company who could help me fit it. Turned out it wasn't too difficult to fit myself, with the help of an online video, screwdriver, pliers, piece of string and another pair of hands. Now looking forward to ma nh more years lounging about. Thank you
