We purchased two Manhattan settee’s and we are very pleased with them, they are very comfortable and well made, we had our last settee for over 25 years, we hope that the new ones are as good.
The delivery guys were very good and helped with unwrapping and they disposed of the plastic and protective cardboard, we are very pleased with our purchase.

Within a few days the back of one sofa showed signs of the material fraying. I called Furniture Village and was directed to a 3rd party, Emmiera Group. Not what I expected. I can only assume you have no interest now you have our money. I hope this is just a blip and doesn't reflect overall poor quality.

I had occasion to contact Customer Services at PK, and spoke to a representative, Chrisy, regarding a broken handle on a very old PK manual recliner chair. She was my last hope, and went to great lengths to identify, and eventually obtain a new handle with all accessories, which was sent to me with information regarding reliable upholstery contacts for fitting. I was very grateful for the determination that Chrisy had to find the relevant part and get it to me ASAP.

The engineer Robert Green was lovley he arrived perfectly on time had the chair fixed really quick for my grandma with dementia probably had to explain why he was there multiple times. When I arrived a little while after, he demonstrated again what had been fixed and when my grandma had to singn the form to say work had been completed she went to get up to walk over to him ( she has had 2 new hips and 3 fractured vertebrae and isnt steady on her feet) he said no you stay there and brought the tablet over to her.

Arrived on time, very qualified and knew exactly what to do. Problem fixed, sofa mechanism double checked to make sure it was ok. Very polite and helpful.

Purchased this 2-seater settee and chair because of the compact size. Excellent quality and comfort. Lovely colour of leather. Modular design makes it easy to manoeuvre. Delivered within two months. Love it.

Quality of materials excellent

We have a Parker Knoll Boston riser/recliner settee: one side reclined but would not come back up to the upright position. We contacted Customer Services & Rob Green, Technician arrived this morning and within a hour he had identified the problem as a faulty switch and then proceeded to replace it. Rob was very polite, very knowledgeable and very professional. We are delighted with both Customer Service and in particular with Rob’s whole attitude and approach to dealing with customers. Thank you.

Bought the Amersham sofa and two armchairs. Was told the wait was approximately 14 weeks but were happy to get the suite after only around 7 weeks. When it was delivered the feet didn’t fit properly on any of the pieces. Contacted the retailer and he arranged with Parker Knoll for someone to come and fit new feet. While they were being fitted we noticed a number of other defects. Reported these to the retailer and to save sending the suite back agreed to a discount authorised by Parker Knoll. A few weeks on and we are still finding other defects and wish we had just sent the suite back in the first place. We bought Parker Knoll for their supposedly quality and attention to detail. Sad to say that is not what we have got.
UPDATE
Contacted the retailer again who arranged for the area manager from Parker Knoll to contact me. After a two week wait I got a phone call yesterday, discussed the problems, then told she would need to go back to the retailer, why I don’t know as she works directly for PK. So another merry go round before getting PK to inspect the furniture.

Hello all I can honestly say this company has done a brilliant job on our sofa
We live in earlswood and our new sofa needed a little help with sinkage , well today a marvellous chap called Robert green did everything to restore our sofa and what a lovely trust worthy bloke he is. I cant recommend Robert green enough our sofa is brand new again so thank you so much Robert green brilliant brilliant job my friend

Robert Green arrived promptly this morning to help with a fault in our new Parker knoll sofa.
He quickly found the complex fault and fixed the mechanism while providing protective covers around working area thankyou 😊

Rob Green service technician came out to our henley chair which creaked on one arm but it was new! , he rectified the problem and repaired it in the house no fuss no more creaks also ordered a new cushion on reclining chair as getting trapped underneath he was really efficent so hopefully no further problenms thankyou

Robert Green came out to sort out some repairs to our new sofas. He was very helpful, knew exactly what was needed and straight away got on with the work needed.Excellent service all round.28/5

I liked it as soon as I saw it and was delighted it arrived earlier than estimated delivery time and it is so comfortable

Rob came out speedily after reporting the problem with the mechanism with the chair and replaced the fault in 60 minutes or so.
