I am extremely pleased with my new armchair, which is comfortable and looks good. I give four points rather than five because it was a rather long wait from ordering to delivery. The delivery men were efficient and friendly.

Excellent product from a great British brand.
I needed a comfortable but heavy duty recliner chair and my Norton fits the bill perfectly!

Helpful also provided extra large sample.

We bought new two sofas via a local stockist. We also ordered samples via the website so that we could get a feel for how the fabrics would look in our home and take time to think about our choice. The lead time was 10 weeks but they were ready in 5 weeks, which was a pleasant surprise! We are very pleased with both the look and feel of them. We chose two contrasting fabrics (the sample books put 3 together to help you do this). They are very comfortable & stylish. The contrasting fabrics work well together, we swapped the scatter cushions over to coordinate them.

Really comfortable sofas bought from a local retailer. Hoping they last a lot longer than previous ones from other manufacturers bought unseen off the internet, etc.

Received a 2 seater Boston sofa with blotches randomly spaced all over. The filling in one of the backs was non existent, and looked atrocious. The recliner chair was in a different batch according to the swatch in the back, and had non of the blotchiness.However the seat was sewn in on the skew, one end sticking out, and the other side back level with the arm and rucked up as there was so much material crammed in the wrong place. Complained to retailer, and was told to choose again.
This time 6 weeks later, the recliner was in exactly the same condition, and the back of the 2 seater was creased and sewn tightly so as to leave a gap between arm and back. Choose different material this time to eliminate blotchiness. Rejected and put back on van to retailer.
PK if you want photos of the rubbish you have supplied e/m me and I will supply. I think your quality control is non existent, or crap like this would never leave the factory.

GOOD QUALITY PRODUCT. THE SOFAS SEEM WELL PUT TOGETHER AND THE FABRIC IS LOVELY. DELIVERY WAS ON TIME AND MAY HAVE BEEN A LITTLE EARLY. WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND THIS PARKER KNOLL.

We purchased 2 parker knoll sofas from Thomas Hearn a month ago. So far we are delighted with them. They are very comfy, the seat and back cushions just bounce back when you get up. We can turn them over and swap them around for even wear and tear. We love them!

I’ve had so called experts twice to check over the suite, in particular the recliner which has to be the most uncomfortable chair I’ve ever purchased. I honestly thought buying UK made furniture meant buying quality but frankly the Chinese have nothing to fear. The suite was purchased in October 2024 and my issues were raised with retailers shortly after delivery. Sitting on the chairs for 5 minutes doesn’t help in solving the issues. First and last Parker Knoll.

The Burley in revolution tan was to replace our 45 year old leather chesterfield suite.We are delighted with both the quality, style and comfort. After searching many years for a replacement we are pleased we took our time, very impressed all round with Parker Knoll.

Foam on the setee collapsed after a few weeks,took 3months to replace then happened again.retailers living in denial.Waiting for our independent report then issuing small claims proceedings to recover more than 3thousand pounds.disgusting,there are others with the same problem, cheap crap foam.

We contacted PK to get a new pull handle and operating mechanism for a PK recliner my Dad has had for perhaps 20 years. There are a lot of generic replacements available on line but no guarantee they'll work/fit hence contacting PK. We sent photos of the chair and part we needed, they sent it out FOC. We couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you PK

Sadly like so many others on here we have not had a great experience with PK. Our sofa is basically collapsing and we are not heavy people. The cushions were blamed and replaced but the issue is getting worse. The technician that came out said there was no problem and the bulging front was normal, the one in the shop did not do this. Luckily the shop (Bradbeers)are now providing an independent assessment so we are hoping he is more honest as this sofa is unusable and anyone who sits on it just sinks. If not then the next step is the ombudsman. We brought a PK as it was supposed to be quality and last. Our sofa has not been that comfortable since day one, problems reported before it was even a year old. As others have had issues I’d seriously reconsider using PK .

Both PK and Bradbeers did not want to make my sofa usable and after assessment said it was all fine and there was nothing they could do. After the shock of having paid all that money for a sofa that was unusable we sort professional help from a local upholstery company who identified the problem and provided a solution. He was so confident that the seat cushions were low grade and that high grade ones would address the issue he provided one free of charge on loan for a week. Omg the sofa was so comfortable and totally usable. We have purchased 3 replacements and it’s money well spent. We did contact Bradbeers to ask them to upgrade the cushions but they could only offer more of the same at outlet expense.

The sofa looks good and smart and blends into everything as well asbeing comfortable.

Great quality corner sofa with lots of fabric choices

Mostly our dealings were great. We had a bit of trouble with a finger guard for the recliner, but that was very quickly replaced, thank you, and we fitted it ourselves.

We have asked if we could have a piece of matching material to fashion arm protections for the 4 arms but haven't had a reply yet. Perhaps you can let us know. I know we have bought cleaning kits but prevention is better than cure, especially when you are elderly!
