votre nouvelle tentative de reformulation ne change absolument rien au fond : elle confirme au contraire une confusion persistante entre perception personnelle et réalité contractuelle.

Reprenons, simplement
Vous affirmez avoir reçu “un produit différent”.
Pourtant :


✔️ Le produit livré correspond exactement à la référence commandée


✔️ La contenance était clairement indiquée avant paiement


✔️ Vous avez validé ces informations sans aucune réserve


Autrement dit, il ne s’agit pas d’une erreur… mais d’une lecture approximative de votre propre commande.

Sur votre position
Vous refusez de retourner le produit, mais exigez un remboursement.
C’est une position juridiquement intenable.

Ihre Darstellung wirkt weniger wie ein konkreter Erfahrungsbericht und mehr wie ein zusammengewürfeltes Narrativ ohne belastbare Grundlage.

1) “WhatsApp mit selbstlöschenden Nachrichten”

Das ist eine sehr konkrete Behauptung – nur leider ohne jeden Nachweis.

Wenn eine solche Kommunikation tatsächlich existiert, ist die Prüfung trivial:

vollständige Telefonnummer
kompletter Chatverlauf
Datum/Uhrzeit
sichtbare Kontaktkennung

Ohne diese Elemente bleibt Ihre Aussage genau das: eine unbelegte Behauptung.

2) Keine identifizierbare Transaktion

Sie liefern:
