Customer service was fast answering any questions I had before my purchase. I purchased a D3 refurbised to use as an extra spare scooter.Its lighter than my others. I wanted something I could handle. I'm I'm a 75yo male 6' 275#. 2 thingsI wish it had a little bit more leg room and ability to charge batteries on board. I tried out in my driveway and as far as I'm concerned Its a 5 star. It came packaged well I couldn't tell if it was ever taken out of the box before.

I love my new scooter. The accessibility, the ease of putting it in and taking it out of my car makes life so much easier for me. This was definitely a great choice.

I love my Paiseec W1. I received it just in time before going to a work conference and I am beyond impressed. I can maneuver through crowds easily. Its surprisingly fast and the controllers are easy to use. I was able to withstand sitting in it for hours at a time. I was able to go down a slope without any issues. I absolutely love my W1.

My Q3 power chair came very well packaged and protected. I opted for a 2nd battery for peace of mind and that arrived the same day in a separate well packaged box. The chair comes with a very nice charger and a small tool kit with everything you need for the chair. I also received a water bottle holder with attaches very well to the armrest with 2 Velcro straps, the bottle holder is also insulated and can be tighter at the top to secure any drink. I am very satisfied with my chair.

Outstanding I am over the moon. The super quick delivery, the way it was packaged, easy assembly. Super cute and compact. It has a little getty up so you need to take your time. It is a little heavy but I get assistance. I even gave her a name. I would highly recommend this product.

I purchased the Paiseec through the on-line retailer Mobility Scooters Direct. The Paiseec L5 is a great little scooter with many positive qualities that makes it a great scooter for many people. I really loved it. Unfortunately, it has several negative qualities that ultimately made it not the right scooter for me due to my physical disability, and I unfortunately had to return the scooter.
Let’s start with the many positives. It is very light, looks great, and folding and unfolding is a simple one hand operation. It has great range and a neat battery set up with it in the seat making changing it simple. The top speed of 5 mph is real (I speedometer verified) and makes the scooter fun to drive but at top speed hold on with both hands! The seat is well made and feels ergonomic. The frame also really does have a shock absorbing function, the scooter does not feel much worse over the bumps than my other scooter (a Pride Victory Platinum) with it’s shock absorbers! It is an inexpensive scooter that is definitely not a cheap or even inexpensive feeling build.
Now to the negatives. There are 2 design flaws. The first is just inconvenient. The emergency stop button is redundant, very easy to activate accidentally and does not add much stopping speed. Any benefit is probably outweighed by the time it takes to hit the button. If it is hit at the wrong time, it could be a bad situation. It requires turning the key off and on or using the NFC again to reset. Now to the really bad design flaw. When folded with the seat on (with battery especially), the scooter is badly over balanced and tips, falling easily towards the seat side at the slightest touch. This also makes it much harder to pull the scooter behind suitcase style. With the seat off, this issue goes away, so if one can transport the scooter with 2 hands it is no big deal. For myself with 4 back surgeries, I have a cane in my other hand and need a scooter that can help support my other hand when folded (I use a rollator at other times). It is a concern there is nothing about this on the website, but only in the manual does say very clearly only “strong” individuals should fold and pull with the seat on.
I was still willing to keep the scooter, even with it breaking down once after about 2 weeks of owning. The scooter died and I received an E6 error that the electromagnetic brake must be set before driving. Meanwhile I had been driving on simple, flat road tarmac for 15 minutes before the error. This brings us to the main issue, and that is the company Paiseec itself. The company is in China, all communication is by email, all shipping is direct from China. There was no phone tech support. It took a day to receive the first response after the breakdown, the answer was rather insultingly along the lines of “there is a lever in the back called the electromagnetic brake that must be set correctly.” In all fairness, the second response from Paiseec was to replace the scooter. My final strike was how long it took to even ship the replacement. It was 11 days since the initial call following the breakdown, and they still had not shipped the replacement scooter.
I still think this is a great travel scooter for the money. Even with all the issues, I would have kept it but with my physical disability, it is just not manageable when folded. For others, it is a scooter that I would recommend, keeping the issues with contacting the company in mind.

This battery operated wheelchair has been wonderful for us. It’s compact enough to fit in the back of out Jeep and Honda Fit. While it does take both of us to lift it in the trunk, that has been totally manageable. It is incredibly easy to maneuver and provides a smooth ride.

We’ve been impressed how well it handles on different surfaces It runs at different speeds

We got the wheelchair for my husband, and it truly changed what he’s been able to do. He’s now able to go places that used to be difficult or not possible for him and the freedom and confidence it gives is priceless.

Highly recommend if you’re looking for a battery operated wheelchair that’s practical for every day life, portable and great for indoor and outdoor use

We leave the wheelchair in the back of the car and just bring the battery in to charge. Holds a charge and shows you the battery life remaining.

Great product

Shipping time is very quick. It is so lightweight I can get it in and out of my car without assistance. Its truly everything you could want in an on-the-go electric wheelchair.

The Paiseec Mobility Dcooter S3 model has been a pleasant surprise with everything promised . The only downside was the difficulty I experienced with storing the S3 in my Honda CRV trunk. After calling the Help Line and working with the disc brake release made it easier to move the scooter while storing the unit away in my CRV trunk .

This company is the real deal! They produce quality products with people in need in mind. I received great customer service and received my chair in a timely manner. I would recommend this company to all who is in need of a sturdy and quality product.

The wheelchair/walker is amazingly simple to set up and use. My mother was giggling like a child with a new toy as she was able to maneuver it around her home with ease. Thank you for a great product!!

My order for the D3 Scooter arrived in great shape. It was carefully packaged to protect all the parts. Super easy to set up and was up and running in no time. The quality of the build looks great. Hope to enjoy using for many activities during this summer.

I love the scooter. I love how it folds up and doesn’t weigh to much. I like how there are always 2 batteries on board when using it. If one battery dies you have another one to replace it. Customer service has been great.
