Everything went great

I am living with Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis. To say the least I can only walk with assistance. I use a rollator on the main floor of my split level house. I used to struggle with going to my doctors appointments with the entire process of getting to the car, then getting in the office and the to the visit room. I now can do this effortlessly.
At home I am a musician and play out in the Newark Delaware area. I now can access the venue and stage. The maneuverability in a confined area to set my gear up is excellent and while playing the retractable arms of the OAS Air Ultra make holding a guitar and singing possible. The seat is comfortable enough to be idle for hours at a time. My girlfriend is my caregiver and is 5’3” 115 lbs and can lift the unit in and out of the vehicle with ease.
My quality of life has improved significantly now ic enjoy gardening and walks with the dogs freely. The turn radius of the OAS Air ultra is such that I can completely turn around on a standard pallet width (39”). I have raised garden with a pallet boardwalk for accessibility..
I have had the unit for a week and the battery hardly moved from full charge while using it 10 hours a day. This unit is so much more reliable than other wheelchairs I’ve owned and recommend it for the best cost effective unit available.

Easy to assemble without tools. The Air Ultra wheelchair allows me to leave the house without fear of falling and is almost 200 pounds lighter than my previous wheelchair. It is still too heavy for me alone but two of us can put it in the trunk of a Honda Civic.

I had been considering and searching online and I shops for a way to get around better. My knee replacements, herniated discs and worsening psi in hips had me down to a painful shuffle. I no longer had fun. Art Festivals, outdoor concerts had slowed to a stop. I am someone full of adventure who has travel all over the North Hemisphere as soon as my joints started to fail. Road trips were my norm. After experiencing difficulty lifting a chair 40 lbs in a Medical Mobility store . My neighbor who was with me also couldn't lift it. The Salesperson said,:Don't try to lift into the trunk, which is about 22" from the ground, but lift into the backseat floor... Only 8" off the ground. But neither of us could do that. For than I year I would try to look online, especially at Carbon Fiber chairs . However, $3,000 seemed like a large sum for most Seniors and there were problems with fragility of Carbon Fiber. Recently for several months, I stated fighting for "a life". My daily routine of TV in a recliner has become a "tired" way of life. Months of opening ads and reading thoroughly I saw your ads. The colors reduced the "Medical Look", but more important was the amount of information: good warranty, after sale service, multiple videos, 3 different models. Then I ordered w confidence. My excitement rose, even when the color I choose was out of stock... I got continuous correspondence from staff always with praise for my responses and ideas on how I could personalize my chair w Colored LED strips lights and accessories. But my enthusiasm also extended to other in my Senior Building of 120 apts. Many have declining mobility and confined themselves to their apartments. I knew what I went thru making my final decision and now spread my good news and chance for more activities. I thought I should share my experience to encourage others to improve their lives too. I just started using my chair.. I still fear not being about to lift into my chair into the back.. but keep imagining solutions. But making the decision was "the best" step. Smiling every day about that.

I’ve only had my Air Pro a short time. My experience with it has been very excellent! It’s quiet, has plenty of power and it way lighter than my previous chair. I have no problems lifting it to load and unload from my Tesla. Being 80 years old the light weight of the Air Pro is way easier on my back. Love this chair!

This company went above and beyond to make sure that we had the best experience ever! It all started when we first ordered the Air Pro, it had arrived with a damaged wheel and so we contacted the support team to see about getting a replacement wheel. They were very prompt in getting back to me and at first they were going to send the wheel, then they reached back out saying that it might take longer to get to us so they offered to send a whole new chair instead. We were hesitant to do so because if we sent the damaged chair back, then the individual using it would essentially have no autonomy when it comes to their mobility, but the support team was kind enough to just send the new chair first and then have us send the old chair back once the new one arrived! We can’t begin to thank the OAS support enough for their kindness and understanding through everything. We have had the chair now for almost 4 months and have loved every moment of owning it. It has been so easy to use, and when not in use, it packs away very nicely in the trunk of the car. It’s very light weight and easy to lift in and out of the car. It can go very fast or slow depending on your needs and the turn radius is excellent. It can do a circle in place! The wheels are very smooth on a lot of different terrains. It’s ability to go up inclines is amazing! The battery life last very long without having to charge it. The light and horn on the joystick are very useful. Also, it took some getting used to but the remote control has came in very handy when in situations we’re the individual in the chair can’t move themselves due to their health. The only other issue we encountered at first were that the back springs dug into their back and were uncomfortable, but they have a cushion now and the springs have settled to where they can use the chair without the cushion. Lastly, pink being their favorite color, it makes the individual using it very happy even on their worst days. It has truly given them their independence and autonomy back. Thank you OAS Mobility for everything and we have been and will continue to recommend you to everyone that is in need of a power chair!

I cannot recommend OAS Mobility enough. This was my first time purchasing an electric wheelchair, and from start to finish, the experience exceeded every expectation I had.

I accidentally ordered the wrong color, and as soon as I realized my mistake, I assumed it was going to be a long, stressful process. Instead, the OAS Mobility team immediately went to work trying to intercept the shipment. Although they weren’t able to stop the delivery, they didn’t just wait for me to reach out—they proactively monitored the shipment, sent me return instructions, a prepaid shipping label, and clear directions for scheduling a FedEx pickup before I even had the chance to ask. Because of my disability, not having to leave my house to handle the return meant so much.

Their communication was prompt, kind, and incredibly thoughtful every step of the way. On top of that, my wheelchair shipped in less than a week from the date I ordered it, which was much faster than I expected.

I’m currently in the middle of an MS flare-up, and this wheelchair is truly giving me a part of my life back. It means I’ll be able to attend my little sister’s final softball tournament before she leaves to play college softball, celebrate my best friend’s daughter’s birthday, shop for my sister’s college dorm, and enjoy birdwatching on walking trails that my body hasn’t allowed me to visit for a long time.

I’m very happy with the decision to purchase the OAS Air Pro. For the price, it’s a really good chair. Everything has been easy, setting it up to charging the battery. It’s a very compact chair that gets around very well. I’m able to lift it into the backseat of my car. The customer service has been exceptional. Would definitely recommend purchasing.

Our experience with OAS Mobility started out very rocky. We received a defective unit with an E6 error right out of the box, which caused us to miss an important family deadline despite support trying to troubleshoot with a replacement part.

That being said, the company didn't abandon us. They followed through, resolved the underlying issues, and made it right. We now have a fully working unit that we are very happy with. It was a stressful start, but in the end, they proved they are a responsible company that stands by their customers.

I purchased my OAS Air Pro as a backup for bad days, had it a week and the right motor started making an odd noise. I contacted customer service, exchanged a few pictures and a video. By the time I woke up the next day, I had received a message letting me know that after reviewing my video a technician was able to diagnose the issue with the motor and a replacement motor would be shipped. I received the replacement a few days later, installed it and haven't had any issues since.
It's exactly what I wanted to just use around my house.
Shipping on both the chair and the replacement motor was fast, easy to track. Customer service is exceptional, by far THE BEST I've ever dealt with for any company I've ever had to go through customer service for an issue.
I highly recommend this company if you are a first time buyer like myself.

I like the light weight, but if you hit a bump it will fold up with you, not enough support for the cushions if you have to spend any time in the chair which I do because I amputate the cushion will fold in between the springs and the frame of the chair becomes very uncomfortable

This is actually the replacement chair for the first chair that would run me into walls without even touching the joystick. Now on this replacement chair the lock will lock with force but the slightest little bump over going up a little slope from the parking lot to the sidewalk and it will collapse with you in it. Right now I currently have a fractured wrist and a sprained ankle from it collapsing with me in it.

Edit to add:
I want to be clear that these were my experiences with the chairs. I have noticed I'm not the only one the chairs ran into things, per other reviews. That said, the company has reached out again and has provided another replacement, which is great on their part for continuing to try and problem solve. Again, this may have just been a bad batch with my experiences. I don't know. However the company is going Beyond to try and resolve the matter and I appreciate it.

As a first time electric wheelchair user the OAS air pro was honestly as easy as it gets in terms of learning how to use one! Its compact build makes it super easy for transport without needing any trailers or bulky transport. It also is in the perfect color to match my personality. I finally feel free again.

This chair is such a life saver, with it being electric and easy to use, as well as basic pushable incase it runs out of battery

I have the OAS Air Ultra in cherry blossom and it is just as beautiful as it is functional! It’s super lightweight and folds up easily! Can’t wait to take it on more adventures in the future!

The chair meets my needs 100%. It is everything I hoped for. The joy stick performs every turn and responds flawlessly. I am 87 yrs old and have severe spinal spinous. Hands very weak as are my legs and feet. A single charge will last me for two weeks before I need to charge e battery again.

I love it!
