Customer service was on point
Customer service was on point from the beginning, and was always responsive, polite, and constructive. The chair was well packaged and not difficult to unbox. It has a great deal of power and the lightweight construction means I can easily load and unload my chair from the trunk of my car. Also, I've got this cool remote!

Smooth drive and great colors!
It drives so smoothly and I love that it’s a foldable motorized wheelchair. That doesn’t usually exist! Another thing that doesn’t really exist is being available in super cool colors. It’s hard to personalize a wheelchair and it’s usually only in black or some other drab colors so it’s so fun to have it in pink! I would just be careful going up a ramp cause I started tipping back cause it’s so lightweight.

I absolutely love my OAS Air Pro
I absolutely love my OAS Air Pro. It’s changed how I can leave my house becuase it’s so lightweight and easy to fold up for transport. The company is absolutely wonderful and I’ve had nothing but great things to say. I also absolutely loveee their color options! I’ve had it for around a month now and I use it almost every time I leave the house :)

Great customer service.
I ordered the wheelchair, it is a well built chair but didn’t fit my needs, I needed it to recline more because I am paralyzed from chest down. I contacted them to return it, I already cut up the box, they said I could put it in another box and ship it back. They accepted my return no problem.great communication and great return policy. Thank you.
