I love the renewed sense of freedom for my mom! She was very active and independent before acute heart failure. Im teaching her how to ride paratransit, navigate a public bathroom and ordering food in the food court. I love the affordability for such a pay off! I somehow misplaced the cushions and Ecomobi has already sent a replacement set. Having the chat option helped as my days are non stop and I missed the business hours to call. I just wish I could add her pic she is so happy!! She's gotten so many compliments on the color and the tricked out blue lights. She really feels special and she is!

Delivery was quick. Came in the wrong color and the display had some issues but customer service said they mailed a new display and gave a small credit for sending the wrong color. Overall, the unit seems as advertised. It’s nice and light and should be a great mobility unit.

Great response time. Friendly, asking appropriate questions to validate my problem, which was caused by my daughter. The product is fabulous.

Ordering for Ecomobi was the right choice! My scooter was delivered way faster than i expected since i didn’t pay extra for fast shipping (2 business days). And the website customer service was fast answering my questions. Scooter runs great and was easy to assemble even with my injuries!

Awesome customer service, and excellent product. I received a fast delivery and was so pleased with the product, I ordered a second one for my wife. We are both disabled and never knew there was such a portable lightweight scooter that folds into the size of a suitcase in less than 5 seconds. It is extremely easy to pickup, with one hand and they fit side by side in our sedan. They are also delivered with an Appletag that can be used to track it while traveling. I wish we found these years ago!

This is a great scooter! It folds down really easy and is really light weight so it’s easy to get in and out of my car. I love it! But, the absolute best thing is the customer service I received. It’s the best! Katharina in customer service is very helpful. This scooter is worth every penny!

The Company are refusing to refund the VAT, as I’m registered disabled I am VAT exempt when buying disability products. Despite several Emails they are still refusing a refund

I have owned my Ecomobi scooter for about a year, and I could not be happier with both the product and the company behind it.

Recently, I experienced an issue with my battery and contacted customer service. Their response was incredibly prompt, professional, and helpful. They quickly addressed my concerns, guided me through the process, and went above and beyond by sending me an upgraded replacement battery.

Great mobile scooter. Very dependable. As advertised. Excellent customer service. The scotter is a great purchase.

Do not buy from this company, the customer service is terrible. I bought a scooter from them in April, and have not been able to use it because the right front wheel keeps coming off. I have been given nothing but the run around from them. I bought it though Amazon, that made it even more difficult to contact them. It is now June and still cannot use my scooter.

I suggest you do not buy from this company. I bought a $1500 scooter back in November by the end of December. The display stopped working then the battery even if the key is out beep nonstop and I was afraid it was gonna catch on fire in my car so I called to complain and after weeks of emails and weeks of complaining the end of April, they agreed to send me another one. I had that one three weeks and it doesn’t work. The battery will not charge. The display never worked as soon as I got the new one. The display never worked, but I wasn’t gonna call and complain. I was just grateful that they sent a working scooter, but it only lasted three weeks. So now I have a new scooter that I can’t even use. I tried to get them to send me a new battery. The first person said they would then they sent me a text telling me that the battery cost too much and I would have to pay for it. I went crazy, but if I don’t have a battery, I can’t use a scooter so it’s crazy not to have a battery so now they sent me a notice. Tell me they would reimburse me $70 if I paid $200 for the battery I went crazy again and now they’re saying they will reimburse me $100 but I have to buy the $200 battery first and pay for shipping which would be probably $100. Who knows at this point. I just don’t think that’s good. Business practice are very ethical for this company to make somebody that has a scooter less than a year for the first one not to work and now for the second one for three weeks and it did not work. This company needs to do better.
