Beware this scam. They charge more than you agreed to pay. You can't cancel, they don't answer, you never get your money back and the item doesn't arrive either. If you happen to fall for it, block your credit card, because they will try to take more money.

Ce site est une arnaque! A la commande s'ajoute arbitrairement des frais de services de 17.94 Euros. J'ai demandé immédiatement l'annulation de ma commande qui était soi disant déjà partie. Pour renvoyer le produit, on me demande 25 Euros.
Site malhonnête et sans scrupules! A fuir!

Don't order from them. They add charges to your order after you have placed it. I reported them to my credit card company.

Company is a complete con. They hide like a cuckoo in amongst ebay and legitimate sites. I did check reviews. They were obviously fake. Once you've placed the order a service charge of 22 pound is added. You dont know anything about this until after you've placed the order. Your original order with the proof of what you agreed to pay disappears.
You won't get your money back and I suspect the goods if they do arrive will be rubbish. Cant believe I fell for this. Dont buy anything without checking them on trust pilot. Customer email doesn't exist. Contact fraud department of your bank. Cancel your card. Because they will try to take more money

Crooks utter crooks. Take more than double the money and say it’s a service charge to reduce CO 2 emissions. Processed my order within a minute and can’t cancel and have to wait for delivery. It’s delivered and no mention of refund but sending me £5 off next order. THERE WILL BE NO SECOND ORDER

I bought a pair of shoes. The photo is different than the actual shoes. They don’t refund. And they don’t replace. Don’t buy from them

Carta clonata ed utilizzata per acquistare su Amazon un prodotto sconosciuto da 39.99.
Fate attenzione e disabilitare i pagamenti on Line perché utilizzano i dati per acquistare ogni cosa . La merce dell’ordine tra l’altro non è ancora arrivata. E l’app bancaria stranamente non richiede autorizzazione per gli acquisti che loro fanno. State alla larga.

Stò ancora aspettando il rimborso dei soldi del reso.

A fuir! Double peine frais de 16 euros en plus et frais bancaire car c’est un site étranger. C’est une honte que leur site ne soit pas bloqué c’est du vol. Les frais de port sont annoncés gratuit sans préciser que ça met 20 jours à arriver. C’est honteux de voler de la sorte surtout que les produits sont de piètre qualités. Dégoûté quand on voit comment on trime pour gagner notre argent

Non capisco perché ci siano tante recensioni negative su quest’azienda. Io ho ordinato il prodotto, ho potuto monitorare la spedizione e il pacco è arrivato correttamente nei tempi stabiliti. Tutto ok. La trovo un’azienda seria.

Added ‘service charge’ to final part of transaction. No mention of it until that point although no doubt in some very small print somewhere on the website. Shameful sharp practice. Avoid

terrible company.add unwanted charges but you don.t see it until you.ve paid. wish i had read these reviews before i purchased anything.they are scammers-give them a wide berth. delivery takes forever too!! i have since had to cancel my debit card to avoid them taking anymore money and blocked them.

Jeg købte 1 stk. af en vare, og opdagede efter betaling at der var 3 stk. og et såkaldt miljøtillæg.
Har nok fået klikket på "gratis forsendelse" (og ikke bemærket at det gjaldt for 2 extra!!
Min fejl, men jeg skrev lige efter denne konstatering, men ingen reagerede og nåede ikke at få ændret ordren.
Det er nok ikke svindel, men der er behov for en ændring i forretnings-gangene.
Det miljøtillæg der kritiseres så meget er jo egentligt fornuftigt nok. Formålet at sende flere produkter i pakken og refucere på emballage og flyfragter.
Men det burde fremgå tydeligere.
Forslag:
1. måske som temu gør man kan ikke lægge i kurven før et hvist beløb er nået her eksempelvis de 119,- kr.
2. hurtigere med svar ved mail henvendelser!
3. Jeg har været meget påholdene og skrevet flere gange men så dukkede Maja op!
Det hele er endt med en 50% kreditering på varen som jeg har beholdt. Retur til leverandør koster mere end værdien af varen!
Så jeg er glad igen:)
Nu har jeg lært Ozerty at kende så en handel mere ville jeg god turde.
Jeg har jo godt kontakt nu til Maja, som jeg vil takke for god dialog!

Ps! Der er klart behov for at få ændret på forretningsgangene - når man ser her i trusten !

Order never received – no refund

I placed an order with Ozerty France in March 2025 and never received the product. Despite many emails, they refused to refund me and kept insisting on sending it again, even after I told them I no longer wanted it. I had to purchase the item from another seller. They have held my money for weeks. Very poor customer service. I do not recommend this company.

Let's face it,, Temu,, compere to this company is brilliant. Don't use this people they scam you with no problem. They added some charges to my order then on top of it they send some separate charges luckily the bank stop the second charges. Still they charged me too much .DONT USE THE SCAMERS .

Sono veramente confuso dalle negative recensioni lette le quali mi hanno influenzato tanto- Desidero confermare che la merce sebbene dopo 3 settimane è arrivata oggi-

Truffa. Spesa di 11€ addebitati su carta 26€ !!! Ho dovuto bloccare e cambiare carta di credito per paura di altri addebiti fraudolenti
