Ozerty er ein svindelbutikk. Trekte meg over 1200 kr for eit reiseurinal som kosta 125 kr. Hadde utstrakt email kommunikasjon med dei, men lata som dei ikkje skjønte kva eg meinte og svara med kun svada. Tilslutt kom det 6 reiseurinal, sjølv om eg skulle kun ha ein. Desse beholder eg som ein trøst. Skjønnar ikkje korleis ein slik butikk kan overleve...?

I ORDERED A SMALL ITEM ON MY VISA CARD. OZERTY ADDED A LARGE 'SERVICES 'CHARGE AND TOOK THE MONEY WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION BEFORE SENDING ME A VASTLY INFLATED INVOICE. I CANCELLED THE ORDER WITHIN MINUTES BUT THEY SEND REPEATED ' WE NEED MORE INFORMATION 'EMAILS RAISING TICKETS BUT NOT REPLYING WITHIN THE GUARANTEED 24 HOURS. FRAUD ADVISOR RECOMMENDED CANCELLING MY CARD AS THEY HOLD THE DETAILS.

To everybody who as been ripped off by this company.PLEASE read latest,if you have bought anything off them recently.Check your bank details in approximately 3 months time.They will keep taking money out of your bank .It doesn't matter if you change your card the bank has to release it.
You have actually unknowingly sighed into a subscription. YOU MUST email the company and stop it ASAP.Hope this helps you all.Good luck.

Scammers took a additional charge. Be warned don't use this scam. why didn't I look at Trustpilot first

Took an additional charge of $29 (item bought was only $36) without warning. I have seen they have taken unauthorised payments from others too, so have cancelled my card. BUYER BEWARE.

I ordered a phone stand for $5.49 but then was charged a "Services" charge of $19.95?!?!
When I contacted customer service to cancel the order the same day I made it they tell me it is already being processed and I will have to wait to receive the item and then return it for a refund!!!
Now there is another charge on my card from them for $38+ with no explanation as to what it is for!?!?!?
Do not trust this company they are a bunch of crooks and I am reporting them to the BBB as criminals.
I will have to have my card canceled and get another one!!! Shame on them!!!

Svindel, varene kommer ikke og trekker mye mer av kortet enn de opplyser.

The site scams you with hidden charges. I bought an item for $30 and they added a $40 'Eco charge' as my order was small. This was not shown in my order summary. Avoid this site.

Definitely a scam, ordered a lamp for £19.49 they took an extra £13.95 which was not disclosed have cancelled my card after reading all the reviews absolutely disgusting company, reported to my bank

Ble fakturert 349 kroner uten å ha kjøpt noe. Kjeltringer.

Shocking company with no scruples, I was charged a £13.00 service charge on top of goods cost. I reported it to Santander. They then tried to take an additional unauthorised £29.99 from my card which, because I,d reported them to Santander they asked if genuine to which I said no.
Santander have now blocked any further claims from them. Don’t touch them with a barge pole.

Ho accettato l'offerta ed effettuato il pagamento dopo aver visto il totale di € 13,39. Quindi a €10,49 è stato aggiunto €`2,90 di spedizione prioritaria non richiesta ma senza possibilità di togliere la spunta.
A pagamento effettuato, mi è stata comunicato tramite email che ho pagato la somma pagata era di €28,34.
Immediatamente tramite email ho chiesto di annullare l'ordine ed ho provato a chiamare più volte il n° 800 143 965, "assistenza clienti" sempre occupato a tutte le ore, non si riesce a parlare con un operatore.
In risposta alla mia email mi è stato scritto che solo dopo aver ricevuto la merce potevo effettuare il reso, non mi fido.

Dette er banditter. Jeg var dum nok å bestille noe fra nettsiden i begynnelsen av august. Siden har selskapet belastet kredittkortet mitt 2 ganger. Sist den 16.12.2024. Begge gangene med kr. 349,-

Scamming thieving company.
Don’t use proper transaction software. Suspect they retain card information. Added additional cost to transaction (£10 turned into 24.44!). Complained they said it was an eco charge. Not true
Cancelled bank card on the spot as it felt wrong. Wish I had read reviews first.

Thankfully realised v quickly that a scam but they tried to take £30 from my account for item originally listed as £12. Had to cancel my bank card.

Absolutely terrible.
Added £15 to my total
Wouldn’t cancel the order when I asked (before it was processed at their end)
Said to wait until it arrived and then send it back for a refund…
Arrived, asked for a refund, will cost £35 to send it back!

Never buy from them, item cost 205, but they took 289 from my card...wrote them straight away that i need a refund but no way they refunded me. i don't think i will even get my item, because that tracking number that they provided doesn't exist :D Please stay away from this service!!!

Scammers steer clear

Paid £30.97 on 5/12/24 for 2 toys. This company then took, without my permission, a further £29.99 from from credit card.
