Why didn't I read the reviews first?? I finalised the payment for the item I bought. Checked the confirmation email straight away, they'd added $29.95 'services' to my $35.49 purchase only after I had finalised checkout. I've sent emails asking for an immediate refund telling them I don't want to buy from a company that is basically dealing in theft but after reading the reviews I'm not hopeful. Time to report this mob of thieves and hope for the best!! I just have to remember to read the reviews first!!

I received an email from Ozerty. I didn’t order anything from them. Mary P insists I did. Calling them is useless. No live help is available.

One star is being overly generous. Wish I could give them a minus! Even that is being overgenerous. I have been scammed by this company, like the others. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE from these scammers. There's lots of hidden charges. Luckily I opted out of the subscription service following a text message. BUT to safeguard myself I cancelled my debit card. I'm waiting for my £19.44 sticky tape 🤯 but have asked for a returns label to return it should it ever turn up. Contact your bank to retrieve the funds and raise a fraudulent case with them so they can investigate. This is one dodgy site!! If you feel strong enough, contact Trading Standards too because they are breaching consumer law.

Do not recommend! I paid for regular shipping and they charged my card for it plus expedited shipping as well, which was an additional $40. They will not credit me back although I’ve sent copies of the charges

Anbefaler ingen å handle her. Du blir trekkt for mye mer enn det som står på ordrebekreftelsen. Utrolig frekt å irriterrende.
Eg prøvde å avbestille, men det «gikk ikke ann» siden varen liksom sendt.

This company is a fraud. I purchased a small item and they set up a continuous payment on my account. Avoid at all costs.

This company are ripping people off. I bought a watch specifically aimed at the elderly for £9.49, when I checked my bank they had added £13 services, whatever they are. Completely outrageous, I've informed my bank in case they try and take another payment. I can't say it's a scam exactly but it's very bad practice and very unfair, I should have read the reviews first and I wouldn't have touched them. Please don't use!

Ordered some thermal gloves at a fair price only to find a eco charge for small orders.
I then tried to cancel straight away only to be told my order has already been processed & couldn’t cancel.
The gloves did end up turning up after about 4weeks but won’t be making that same mistake again.
Be very aware 😡

Thieves!! Stay away from those bastards!! Never buy anything from this website!! THIEVES!!!
