I recently bought Estée Lauder Pleasure perfume from OZ Cosmetics and received the parcel within 3 days. Very fast delivery! The packaging was great and the box was wrapped carefully with foam. Even better, I also got a small Calvin Klein sample size perfume. Absolutely love both perfume! Couldn't be happier!

I bought a shampoo and conditioner. they were delivered by the post. We were nothome. They called my wife. The parcel was left at the post office for us to collect.

My product wasn't delivered, still waiting... Tracing showed me I wasn't reached at home on 7/2/15. Absolute lie. Didn't receive neither call, visit, e-mail or note left in my mail box. It is already over 3 weeks since I placed my order, so I'm inclined to suspect dishonest dealing. I wasn't even able to find out who actually is supposed to be their shipping company.

I recently wrote negative opinion about OZ Cosmetics, however really by mistake. Besides that products are excellent, of really high quality, they also did send my order in highly timely manner, actually in 4 days it has been dispatched.
Whole blame lies on delivery company here in Czech Republic, which fact at the time I didn't know. It took me many calls and frustration to eventually receive my order. I finally got it yesterday and would like to express an apology to OZ cosmetics.

I ordered a eyelash conditioner for my wife a week ago. it arrived in 4 days. The package was beautifully wrapped. product is in excellent condition. Recommend this company.

Got a quick confirmation and despatch notification with a tracking number, but have so far completely failed to deliver. I have tried re-confirming my address and even added a precise map link of the location but OZ Cosmetics have still failed to deliver. Hardly the 3-6 days promised and I am out of pocket.

I bought a bottle of perfume off this website as a gift for my friend in London, UK. She received in 5 days. There was a hiccup with the courier service but after contacting OZ the problem was solved smoothly and the item was delivered successfully. Customer service is excellent. I recommend this website.

I checked before buying - OZ Cosmetics has a UK contact address and short delivery period via Royal Mail. So I assumed that VAT or other charges would not apply to my order. This was a mistake, but believe the company is being deliberately unclear and while maybe not malicious, I feel as if I have been deceived.
Wherever this product really comes from (Sweden?) or however they account for it, you must assume it WILL incur VAT and Handling charges if you live in the UK.
I did not receive the product within the time specified and emailed them and was told to wait. I ordered it on 29 August and in the end received a Royal Mail demand for more money on 11 September. OZ cannot be faulted on their prompt email responses, but it should be clear on their website that if you live in the UK it will be incur other significant charges and delivery will be delayed as a result. Had I known, I would not have made the purchase. It would have been cheaper and quicker from John Lewis.
The delay was due to the product being stuck in customs and I was charged nearly £20 by Royal Mail for VAT and "Handling Charges". When the product arrived its packaging did not match that in their photo on-line - not very reassuring. So beware!

The foundation was great. Item arrived fast (quicker than advertised). Thank you.

Item was shipped 4 days after receiving cleared payment. It's been two weeks now, but there is no trace of my order. Tracking number is not valid. Email confirmation is from OZ cosmetics (UK), but looks like they are shipping from China. Will never try again.

i just love the prompt service and the choice of brands. the prices are very competitive. i will be a customer of oz cosmetics for an unlimited time.

Need more interesting sites for members abit more service etc and better delivery time. Waiting for one month per item Im sure u will get more orders if better service in this area. There's always room for improvement and change in business :-))
But over all I like this site well done.
