I purchased a fragrance and it is awful. It smells nothing like it’s “inspiration” and is incredibly!! weak, despite paying extra for the scent to be “boosted”. I have reached out to them and offered/asked to return my order. They began a dialogue but then ultimately stopped responding, despite repeated attempts by me. I wish I had never made this purchase. I basically threw $65 in the trash. Never again and do not recommend.

I ordered 3 of their oils. One oil was incorrect. The others I just didnt like. I followed their return policy and reached out to the. they tried to tell me I couldn't return them. but that was not what their policy states. I sent them a screen shot of their policy, and they told me to send items back for a refund. I sent items back, paid an extra 16 dollars to ship it. it's been 10 days since they received it and I never received a refund. now they do not answer my email. I assume I wont be getting my money back, hopefully this experience informs others, and encourages you to look elsewhere for your scents.

I placed an order and it was paid and I keep getting emai stating they do not have my address to ship my order. This is not true. I reviewed my order as well as sent it 2 more times and they in fact do have my correct address. I have not received my order but keep getting the same mess that it cannot be mailed. I’m fed up and want my product or a refund!!!!
