I ordered 29 June 2020 and order was immediately acknowledged and shipped 1 July with tracking number and message reminder to allow 7 to 14 shipping days. Received the order excellently packed on the 13th of July which is within their time frame. Excellent service and am very pleased.

I received my order in about 2 weeks. It was delayed by the Coronavirus situation. The customer service was excellent, well communicated. I am impressed by their service. Will shop with them again.

Betrug. Es sind schon 4 Wochen vorbei und immer noch keine Ware.

Rubbish - pretends to be a Singapore company (.com.sg) - and says they will deliver in days - they don't - their courier doesn't have a domain, just an IP address - constant excuses. Would not put my money with this company again.

Ok,I ordered d product on 9th of July n it's 23rd 2day I still haven't got it .. it was said 2 wait for 7 to 14 days 2day is d 14th day i havnt recieved any mssg call nothing .......

This is an update from my previous low rating. I had written to the customer support regarding the import duty charged on the products. They responded speedily and refunded the amount promptly. Great service guys, thanks.

Oz cosmetics is a very trustworthy site.They are customer friendly.My only problem They sent my parcel through India post .Its not thier fault it got delayed for so many days..its indian customs and postal services that are the reason for the delay.
They take much time. You will get your product or your money back for sure. No need to worry shopping on this site. My only request/suggestion to them : please try to use some other courier services,there are many other who serves better and deliver fast. Please let the customer choose an option at the checkout to select the shipping type and speed. They issued refund also for late delivery and very patient with me. Thank you Oz.

The first time I ordered from OZ Cosmetics I think it's unreliable at first because they do not have a tracking number they let me wait 5-10 business days for the package to arrive I was impatient and thought it was not coming, but it really came you have to calm down that they really shipped I hope I will come back to this service
