Tim, Tom and Erin were absolutely amazing to deal with - the customer experience was first class, supportive approach to help us navigate and become customers was amazing and within 3 weeks, we found our forever home. What I didn’t realise when starting with ownhome how much more it would be than just a path to home ownership, it was a guided path with help the whole way. Amazing experience getting into our ownhome!

Having been on the house hunting journey for over 6 months, we tried every avenue but something or the other didn't work out to our satisfaction.
After speaking to Tim from Ownhome in Nov, we thought it was too good to be true and were really skeptical about signing the first agreement. Fast forward 3 months, we are so glad we did. We are in our own home now and had an amazing home buying experience right from inspecting houses, property assessment, price negotiation to settlement.
I'd highly recommend to folks currently looking to buy a place to check out their website - it has got all answers to most of the initial questions and have a word with the team for additional assurances before you decide.

As with any startup, there are risks working with them but since OwnHome is backed by CBA ventures - the level of that risk is minimal basis my understanding.
