Great Service
Ordered a bag which I liked but it had a canvas strap. I telephoned and Millie was really helpful in sourcing a leather one for me. Not many retailers that would have gone to that extent to be helpful. Many thanks.

Fantastic company and service
I have brought a number of different bags from this company and have always been impressed with the quality and their reliability as a company. This time I desperately wanted an item sold out on their website but their marvellous customer service tracked down the item in store and arranged my purchase.
I couldn’t be more pleased and grateful for their attention and efforts. I will certainly use them again.

Gunwharf Quays- Bryany was brilliant
Having stepped into the Gunwharf Quays store to view the mini Madison that was already on route to me (as I suspected it would be too small) not only was I pleasantly surprised at the colour and quality of the bag - I was extremely impressed with the greeting and friendly welcome from Bryany who gave me a first class service.
At most I expected to buy a charm or a card holder, however l left with an incredible Jenson hold-all that I shall be sharing with my husband as the quality and finish of the bag is superb. I was not in the market for such a bag, but couldn’t leave without it especially as Bryany had helped me choose the best bag in the store. I can honestly say she is a credit to the company and I hope she is rewarded for her passion.

I already loved Osprey London products, as they look great and are fabulous quality.
I recently had a (self inflicted) problem with a bag I bought some time ago, and customer service went above and beyond to help me out.

I was trying to purchase a bag that was…
I was trying to purchase a bag that was showing as an extra 20% off but the code didn't work. I contacted customer service who confirmed the 20% off that bag was an error. They kindly offered to give me the 20% off though and this was processed with speed after I placed my order. I dealt with Ellen whose customer service throughout was just perfect. My bag has arrived and I'm really pleased with it. Thank you Osprey for exemplary service.

Great customer service
I had an issue with clasps on 2 handbags which I purchased last year and have to say the customer service from Osprey was excellent. Very helpful from the start and quick to respond. I was thoroughly impressed by the service, reassurance and attention to detail which culminated in two new replacement bags. Well done Osprey!

Great Customer Service
I ordered 2 Ruby handbags, Communication was good but Royal Mail managed to damage my label so the parcel was returned to Osprey. Upon contact with Osprey my order was resent and received in good condition. The handbags are beautiful and the customer service I received from Osprey was friendly and professional and all was resolved quickly with delivery

Ospray of London - 100% Leather satchel
I am quite fond of my high quality leather Osprey of London satchel. Unfortunately I didn't fasten the cover buckle properly and it was lost.
I was not too hopeful of a replacement given the passage of time - but Osprey of London customer services, who I spoke to in person, couldn't have been more helpful. They managed to source a replacement and sent it out the same day.
They were professional and helpful and I had a very positive experience - which was refreshing.

Osprey Excellent Customer Service
I have a Stella Hobo leather bag from Osprey which I love. Unfortunately my sons dog chewed the strap. I messaged Osprey customer service to see if I could purchase a replacement. I had a very swift response by Ellen. Ellen responded very quickly saying she would find a replacement at no charge. Today I received an email saying the strap was being posted out to me. I am so happy and amazed at the response and kind support I have received. Osprey not only sell beautiful products but have excellent customer service too. Than you so much.
