Smart orange bag
I'd been looking for a smart orange bag and decided to give this one a try. Buying leather online is always a bit of a gamble since you can't feel the quality in advance, but I was really pleased when it arrived as the leather is great. The bag is well made and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

I really enjoy my visits to Paul Costello at Cannock Designer Village. The staff are always welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. I have bought bags, purses, bag straps, gloves, scarves sometimes for myself and also as gifts. The quality and choice of products is excellent, there’s always something new and appealing.
Jo always remembers me and it’s a pleasure to see her and the other staff members. I would highly recommend visiting this Paul Costello Outlet.

The bag had a very wrinkled appearance…
The bag had a very wrinkled appearance on one side instead of smooth like the rest of the bag, which has put me off it. The colour looked a lovely bright yellow on the photograph but was a not so nice mustard colour in reality. I had already taken all the package off so I felt I couldn’t send it back. It has taught me never to buy online again. This happens too often.

Went to the MacArthur Glen Outlet in…
Went to the MacArthur Glen Outlet in Cannock today looking for a decent overnight bag. Went into Costelloes and found a lovely bag and a very helpful assistant called “Jo Mooney”. Bag was reduced from £129 to £85, the assistant was very good and went to get me a new and wrapped bag from the store rather than the one on show. She was very pleasant and chatty. Makes a lovely change from normal

Disappointed
I ordered on 1st March . I emailed on 13th March asking for an update as to what was happening as I had asked for it to be delivered to my daughter's address and it hadn't been. I have yet to hear back but I received this the following day. I don't know what or why this has gone wrong but I am very disappointed.

Faulty navy bag received- no response
I received a damaged navy bag which was a present for my mums birthday. I contacted the sales team re a return with a request for a full refund over a week ago and have still not received any reply! I sent photos showing damage as requested too.
Very disappointing service.
