The radiologists were pleasant and the scanning was completed in less than an hour in a professional manner. Better sound inhibitors would be a good idea as I went away with a headache.
I’ve given you four stars instead of five as the receptionist needs training. No welcome, no help yourself to hot drinks, no eye contact and very poor and unfriendly manner. We had to instigate communication even down to saying goodbye! Very unprofessional and didn’t make the experience pleasant. We had a long journey to get to you leaving home at 4 am. Please train your admin staff.

My appointment went ahead on time. The radiographers were very professional, putting me at ease before the scan commenced and kept me informed during the procedure.

Good admin staff.
Radiographer seems not be very engage with their work. Little explanation given on end process of the MRI, positioning not done properly and felt I was not in a confortable position to hold it for 25 min. More care should be taken to ensure position is optimum.

Exceeded expectations
Having used Oryon Imaging in the past I was confident my expectations would be met. In fact, they were completely exceeded. I called at 6:30 pm on Saturday evening and spoke to Rosie who was very helpful and understanding of my need for an urgent
Ultrasound scan. Unfortunately I didn't have a referral but nevertheless a provisional appointment was made for the Monday. Over the weekend the in-house doctor was able to provide the referral and the scan went ahead as planned. As I expected staff were professional and efficient.

Long opening hours and friendly staff
I was able to find appointments after work (I think it is open until 8 or 9 pm!) which suited me well. I also got same day appointment so the whole experience was great for me! The staff was great in making us comfortable before the MRI scans.
Based on my experience above I will recommend Oryon imaging for MRi scans.

Good clinic
Went for a Dexa Scan, building fairy easy to get to from Bond Street. Greeted at reception by a nice lady who told me where to go. Down where Oryon were, it's a very nice private clinic, receptionist friendly and was told where to go. Met the Radiologist who told me what I needed to do. Gowns admittedly were not really made for the larger man, I hate getting gowns on at the best of times. Procedure was explained and over quickly. A very comfortable experience.
