efficient welcome and careful checks. Everything started dead on time and before the scan everything clearly explained. I experienced unpleasant discomfort but am sure that is my knee complaining not the procedure. All over in good time and I caught the earliest of the three trains to Cambridge that I had lined up!

Easy process end-to-end
Easy to register after being reffered and book a scan. Check-in for the scan was quick and easy too and I received the images later the same evening. My report was sent to my Doctor the following day.
My only gripe was that they couldn't play music through the headphones due to a technical fault and lying still for an hour got a little boring LOL. I debated knocking a star off for that but left it at 5-stars as everything else was good - friendly staff too.

Modern facilities, excellent customer service
The customer service was excellent. I liked the use of technology for registration and access to the results.
Modesty was catered for, provision of gowns and slippers.

I was late for my appointment
I was late for my appointment, courtesy of our wonderful rail service. The receptionist: no problem, we can fit you in later this afternoon. The MRI staff were fun and friendly.

I would describe the website as a little clunky. But once registered it was easy to make a telephone appointment the same day.
The team were lovely. They ensured I was comfortable and explained the process.
Results were with my Dr the same day.

Seamless, high quality service from beginning to end
From the booking process (Rosie) to being able to obtain a referral within a working day for my Brain MRI (Dr N. Patel) via your online service, to the very friendly & professional MRI radiographers Omar & Mohamed who put me at ease with their clear explanation & instructions, my experience has been seamless & without stress at a time when I am feeling very anxious indeed. Stress free
I found Oryon Imaging to be stress free on arrival the receptionist was very approachable who went through the medical history, not to long after a friendly radiologist explained the process and lead to the changing room. Ten minutes later he was ready to take the MRI made me feel relaxed and within 20 minutes I was on my way home. Thank you for a nice experience.
