Organised, efficient and professional.

One of the best quickest MIR scan, went straight to my doctors with the results cut out months and months of waiting on the NHS, and at the same time, very affordable unfortunately I can only give five stars I’d love to give 10

Procedure all well. wellorganised.

I had a full body MRI scan first time and am very happy with the new experience. Everything went very smoothly, better than I expected. The sound at the beginning is a bit scary, but later on I got used to it and one moment nearly fall asleep.
No need to worry at all unless someone is claustrophobic.

We have a 90minute commute by train to the centre for the MRI. We were walking distance away when we were called and cancelled. When we stressed the importance of the scan , under pressure we were rescheduled for the next day for 2pm. I later realised they were going to scan a different part to the referral. We were again on the train there when when we were called and told they had put aside 40 minutes, and needed 60. So my appt would be delayed until 5pm. Why could they not have dealt with running a slightly later wait time for all patients (20mins) rather than make me wait 3 hours? Under great duress they managed to see me at 3.30.
This scan was urgent with results required by the consultant by this Friday. At an extremely vulnerable time for me, and my husband, with possible life changing challenges hanging over me/us, the whole situation was unacceptable.

The staff was super friendly and kind. They couldn't find my registry, and quickly they resolved the issue. Very nice place!

This is the second time I have been to Oryon, and once again everyone was very professional and helpful. The radiologist had a query on my x-ray and telephoned my GP to be certain. Then she was extremely efficient and kind doing the x-ray. The girl on reception was very welcoming and helped me work out how to get information on to my email and all together it was a very positive experience!

I turned up a bit early and the technician was ready so I was invited in to have my scan ahead of time.

I had my own changing room which could be locked whilst the procedure took place.
