Appointment made for same day as contacted. All happened very professionally. Everything explained and any questions answered.

I have used Oryon several times for a variety of scans for both myself and daughter. I have always been more than satisfied with the level of service they provide. All areas from reception - both in person and via phone - to all staff who carry out the scans. I will continue using them for any future appointments. I use the Wimpole Street clinic.

Oryon was highly efficient and professional. With the support of the staff, I felt at ease throughout the procedure.

Excellent service all round .Easy to submit referral & book timeslot once triaged.The lower rate on Saturdays makes it a little more affordable.Results are produced quickly with ability to view images same day abeit report going to clinician in first instance within one working day.

An exceptional experience with Oryon. Professionalism and efficiency throughout the process from contact, to booking, to the day itself. From a nervous patient who is somewhat claustrophobic, I would especially call out the support and reassurance I received. This turned a potential ordeal into a pleasurable visit.

Arrived for an 08:00 appointment to be told the MRI machine "would not start up". They tried to re-boot the machine. I was on the way home when I was called to say that I could go to Oryon's other branch. I turned around and went there. I was told by the receptionist that the machine in the Wimpole Street branch seems to break down often. The radiographer who saw me spoke very poor English. There were crisps (like regular Walkers crisps) on the changing room floor. All told it was a very disappointing experience. It's private healthcare... so bad.

Very pleasant clinic and very efficient with bookings and communication. Highly useful is that you have a user account which your images are loaded to so you have full and easy access to results.

I was very touched by the very understanding, courteous, smiling and sympathetic treatment by Marvin and Jass. This was my first MRI scan - I was frightened and anxious as I am very claustrophobic but their caring manner made me go through the whole procedure calmly. They even allowed my husband to stay with me, with his hand on my forehead for reassurance and found me poetry to listen to.

Very efficient, very polite and respectful. The scan took 20mins and I could access the images on my phone within 5 mins.

I appreciate I was the first appointment on a Sunday morning but it took time to be let into the building. The receptionist was playing the radio incredibly loudly drum & base type music- not the most relaxing before 'the noise' experienced during an MRI scan. The MRI scanner unfortunately 'froze' The operating staff were flustered but kind offering a blanket as it takes quite a while for the scanner to reboot. Had hoped for a quick 'in & out' experience especially choosing the 7.20am slot but the whole process took just under 1.5 hours 🙈

The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and remarkably clean.

The brain scan itself was fine. I arrived I
early to fill in the form as I was instructed. When quarter of an hour after my brain scan was supposed to take place and there was no sign that I was being called, I inquired if there was some kind of holdup. They said that they allowed an extra 20 minutes from the time of the appointment to fill in the form, which sounded wrong as it was not what I was originally told. I would be going in 40 minutes after the appointed time. I said that if there was such a discrepancy between the appointed time and the actual time the patients should be kept informed.
In the end I went in for the scan one it finished hour later than the appointment time. That meant that getting home to outside London was more difficult.
Please try to keep patients informed right through the process.

Extremely efficient and on time. Took time and care to explain what to expect with the MRI Everyone was super friendly and helpful . Would 100% recommend .
