These scammers are also in Canada- one man and a woman under different names in a company called Resveralife at Erin Mills town centre Canada. These scammers know who they are. I am going to take legal action. I suggest other consumers do the same, we can’t let these lowlifes keep on scamming people and changing their company name. It has to be stopped once and for all. DO NOT TAKE ANY FREE SAMPLE, IGNORE AND DO NOT MAKE EYE CONTACT!

I don't know why there are so many bad reviews. I use the scrub about once a month when my forehead starts feeling bumpy and rough. One face wash makes my face incredibly baby smooth, hydrated and cleaner then ever!! It removes all skin roughness immediately.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
I'm sorry but this is the best face cleansing brand I have ever tried on my skin. (This isn't to be used daily) only when needed, and it's going to last me literally YEARS!!
LOVE. LOVE.LOVE.LOVE.LOVE!!!!! This product.

I am sitting here reading all these bad…
I am sitting here reading all these bad reviews and I must say, I have had the same horrible experience as most of you have. About a year ago, I was in the Arden Mall in Sacramento, CA and I had just had a haircut and felt good, and about a week before that, I had a consultation about having some work done on my baggy eyes (I am in my 70's) and the price was so high, that I thought It was pretty impossible for me to spend over $3,000. So, I had some spare time, so I walked by the Orogold store, and some woman complimented me immediately and said what a gorgeous top I had on and how beautiful it looked on me. She was so engaging and young and pretty, and then she offered me a free sample and I can't remember now how she coaxed me into the store, something about if I could, what kind of skin treatment would I want done, would it be for my eyes or neck or whatever. Right away I said my eyes. Then she asked if she could show me and it would only take a few minutes. So, I had some time, so I said sure....my gosh. One hour later folks, after covering half my face with goop and talking about how wonderful I was going to look and that I didn't ever need to spend money to go under the knife, that their products were proven to work etc etc., and after using their products I my face would have a natural LIFT and I would never have to do anything ever again. This would last forever. She showed me how my jowels and neck and eyes would be better with just one of their kits, I wouldn't have to buy anymore. I kept saying no, that I was single and divorced and living on my own and could not afford this, and all she kept saying was you are beautiful and YOU DESERVE THIS! I should have walked out then, but half of my face was covered with goop! It did make my eyes look better, but not $2,000 WORTH!!! Thats what I ended up spending after 1 1/2 hours of bull crap. I can't believe that she talked me into this. She was so cute and so complimentary, for a time I should this can't all be true, but, when I the price was less than I had been told for the spa that I went to to go under the knife, I thought, well, maybe this will work. I could go on and on, after spending the $2,000 she walked me out to my car with all the GOLD BAGS and then wanted me to come back in a week for a free facial. Which I did. It was not that good. I have had spa treatments before and they were way better and professional. This was NOT. Then she had me watch the video to buy that light therapy thing. OMG. The price was after me asking her a hundred times, $6,000!!! Then she tried like crazy to talk me into it...and I said no no no. She then gave me more deals and was going to give it to me for $3,000 but she said the box had been opened and don't tell anyone, but I can give it to you for that...ha ha. Long story short, I left, knowing how badly I had been scammed over and over. I am still using the product that I bought. My face is NOT LIFTED anymore than it was when I walked in. What a waste of money and time. TO ALL OF YOU WHO READ THIS, DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT. IT'S A SCAM A HUNDRED TIMES OVER.
Meeting Sofia changed my life
Meeting Sofia was the best thing that happened to me. I always get stopped by people giving out free samples in the mall and trying to get me to buy their product but I never have the money to buy them and I'm usually not interested. But Sofia had this wonderful spirit about her that made me say "I'm gonna let this girl get her commission and I'm gonna buy this product". I use the moisturizer everyday and my skin has never felt so soft. Obviously I still have a few blemishes on my face but my face feels cleaner and softer and moister than ever.
THANK YOU SOFIA!!!!

Meeting Maya has been an interesting experience. She has an amazing amount of knowledge of skin, and how to treat various skin situations. I have been very impressed with her knowledge and for the first time in my life I had a facial and it was very enjoyable. I give Maya high credit for how she treated me today. You won't be disappointed.
Write to Your Attorney General and File a Complaint
The worst! I think the eye serum demo actually CAUSED me to have bags under my eyes that I didn't have before. I'm too young to have bags. First I thought they would get better. I told the guy my skin was stinging and he offered up other products. The Peel exfoliator product was like glue beads that stuck to my skin and was painful to get off.
I am writing to our attorney general - they should be put out of business.

The only reason this company has 1 star…American SCAM ALERT
The only reason this company has 1 star is that this program wouldn’t let me start without leaving a star. WARNING!! This company is a new scam and they are in America!
Multiple red flags went up with the first sales person. 1. No one is stationed at Masada, Israel. It is a historical site. 2. Sales Person’s accent changed three times. 3. When a customer tells you they are highly allergic to Vitamin E and suddenly the Vitamin E switches to Vitamin C... another clue. We politely let him finish his pitch and my husband did purchase the “sample demo product.” We should have left right then. I was offered a complementary “Facial” with his “very booked boss.” The facial turned out to be A high pressured sales pitch for an incredibly expensive heat wand. Online it was being sold for $10,000 but she was offering it to us for $6,000. When we tried to politely leave because we couldn’t afford it at either cost- she accelerated her sales pitch resulting in having us to become more forceful with our wanting to leave. She literally tried to block us from leaving the treatment room. The moment she turned to insulting us and telling me that “i don’t take care of myself” and my husband “wanted me ugly” I had to force myself out of the room. I was so angry that I dropped an F-bomb on the original sales clerk.
This company needs to be shut down as they are dangerous, manipulative, and play on the emotions of people. NASA doesn’t authorize skin care products. The FDA doesn’t approve stuff like this and when a person explains they have an allergy a licensed cosmetologist would know what to do. Instead of continuing with their wild sales pitch.
The good news we didn’t lose any money. Bad news... I can’t get back the 2 hours.
Surprisingly few critiques of the…
Surprisingly few critiques of the product itself on google. Those that find it makes 'a difference' are unaware that it's not a special protein treatment but a cosmetic product called silicone. This causes instant but temporary wrinkle erasure, at the same time drying out the skin. Have a look at the ingredient list - the first two contain silicates.
Got Out Financially Intact - Barely
During a Christmas shopping outing at Plaza Las Américas, I was foolish enough to take a sample and was immediately ushered in for another gift.
From that point forward to for the next 45 minutes I thought I had inadvertently stepped into a time share sales pitch. After applying products to my face, i was exposed to one of the most high pressure sales pitches ever.
When I explained to the young lady that I would not be making a $2,000 purchase she reduced the cost to $1,000. I again explained that I would not be buying $1,000 of anything, but would talk to my husband about it. She then told me that I should be an independent woman who makes her own decisions. I still refused.
Then she went into the back office and returned telling me she had gotten permission from head quarters to allow me into her VIP group. She explained that not everyone is offered this opportunity. I could now get the Teramic skin care package for $1,000 and she would throw in the eye products for free. I again declined. She then suggested I make the purchase by putting it on several different cards.
What is so bad about this is that you are held hostage because you have all this crap on your face. Finally when she realized she wasn’t getting anywhere she got very cold and I got out of the store!
Lesson learned....do NOT take a sample, do NOT go into the store. This people, handing out samples in malls should be stopped. It’s a total hard sales pitch and you will lose 45 minutes of your time that you will never get back.

This company is horrible which is the organization for introstem I got scammed by them and their sales tactics are too much for a person to handle the saleswomen said to me why are you shopping in the mall if your not going to buy our products I come to the mall to buy hot chocolate not to get harassed by you I was minding my own business I usually am careful of this types of scams but today I was caught of guard it won’t happen again you will never get my money you guys are a bad company who refuse to do returns to people who don’t even want this types of products I was literally forced to be there next time I’m just going to call the cops cause I’m not being held hostage again and it definitely won’t happen again

Got panhandled walking up George Street in Sydney today. They tried their hardest to make a sale but I refused. I am so glad I didn't purchase as the serum wore off in an hour. Avoid at all costs !!
No more Orogold
After I read all of the reviews here, I am so glad that I didn't buy the Orogold wrinkle eye serum which is bloody expensive. Orogold hires salesgirls to scam people by forcing people to buy the products and pretended they give a big discount which I suspect the discounted price is the original price. I bought eye serum once and that will be the last time I will buy the Orogold products.

I purchased so much from this company I can’t figure out how to use it all. I went back but told them there was no way I was going to purchase anything else.
Got most of my instructions but still tried to sell me another $2,000us more in products.
Had a guilt trip laid on me - the Orogold rep said he had spent 2 hours with me but I was quite clear I just wanted an explanation of how to use the $10,000 worth of products I had purchased a year ago.
Stay away.
I went to Albrook mall in Panama City…
I went to Albrook mall in Panama City for a few days ago, visit Orogold store, very selling girl took me inside and tried to selling me more and more products, when I show her im not that interested of buying products for many hundreds of dollar, she were going down in price more and more, offering me more and more products, start from like 400 usd. Im glad I went out without any products, I think this is a scam sorry to say that.
I bought the same tube of “Botox in a…
I bought the same tube of “Botox in a bottle” as another women on this site from an orogold outfit on Rodeo drive in Palm Desert California. I was on vacation with my family shopping and I have to admit I was impressed when the sales associate put this magic cream under one eye and not the other and showed me in the mirror how my fine lines and wrinkles had miraculously disappeared. I was maybe 28, 29 at the time and didn’t have hundreds of dollars to spend on anything let alone on skin care products. After telling the gentleman no thank you for the 3rd time they had dropped the price from $399 with a free gift down to an all time low of $99.99 with no free gift. Of course I bought it and used it a handful of times and then it got buried under 5 years of skin care and make up products. I was cleaning out my cupboards and found it and just used it tonight. Then it got me thinking I wonder what the reviews are on this $100 magic potion of mine that I know I got scammed into. Now I feel horrified to know that another women actually paid $900 for a bottle of this crap that I got for $99. I agree this company should be shut down immediately. This is an outrage.
24 k moisturizer results
Hello, I bought the moisturizer 24k. It was very runny at first. I think when I open the jar the water in the product evaporates and the product seems to be heaver now.
The reason for the 1 star today is due to inside the box is a pamphlet that is not in English. Of course, I know how to use a moisturizer and use it daily. For a 70 year old woman with great skin I feel this moisturizer would better suit a younger person. I have no idea what the ingredients are so I will not invest this much money into a product that I see no results. For some reason my skin stings after I apply ?
gypsies
Yes, this company is a scam. I can say that I put great effort into obtaining a complete refund. First, I called my credit card company to dispute the charge. I went into the store with my phone on speaker so that the credit card company rep could hear the exchange. She advised me to leave the store when she heard how aggressive the orogold employee was, finding that my safety was compromised. I advised that the customer service number is not linked with any particular store. Each store is nothing more than a shoddy substandard pop up staffed with real life gypsies with Israeli accents. The pop ups are placed in tony neighborhoods and resorts, many of which have neighborhood associations that you can make aware of the behavior of one of their retailers. For example, Southampton New York was able to get rid of them because you are not allowed to solicit outside of the storefront. With your credit card company when you dispute the charge, let them know that they are not speaking with the actual merchant. In addition, you can create a letter for a real dealer in a line of skin care (such as an Aveda concept salon) that states that 100% refunds are standard and customary in the skin care field, including but not limited to where a customer may have an allergic reaction and cannot use the product. The skin care specialist should be helpful in signing the letter as the dealer wants scammers such as Orogold chased away as much as you do. There is hope. You should be able to have success in your credit card dispute. All the best of luck.
Truly the worst and most horrible…
Truly the worst and most horrible experience I have ever had. They hide the NI Tefund policy behind products and dont say anything about it. As they ring you up they try to sell you more at "discounted" price. When you try to return it after realizing you have been scammed, they tell you there is NO Refund...period. Treat you like a queen and then rude and dismissive when you explain you had no idea about the policy. They told me I should have looked at the receipt where it is printed. I didn't have a chance as they fast talk you from beginning to end and wont let you get a word in. Please beware! This company teaches sales people to distract and deceive!!!
