Orchardhomesurveys Recenzje

My Level 2 homebuyers survey was handled by Chris, the report was detailed with initial telephone feedback which was given on the day of the survey, also made recommendations to help me plan for house maintenance. Good service overall. The final written report was also received earlier than anticipated.

Very happy with my Orchard home survey. Chris phoned me after he went in before he wrote the report, which was extremely helpful. Orchard home offered a very competitive price for a level 2 survey. The report itself was brilliant and very detailed. Chris also offered a follow-up chat after I got the report, just incase there was something in it I was unsure of. I haven't needed to follow-up because his report and his first phone call told me everything I needed to know. Thank you Chris. Brett M

Absolutely seamless service, great value for money and a really comprehensive survey. I would recommend to anyone needing their services.

Very professional, good price and really thorough survey, would recommend

After getting quotes from numerous surveyors I decided to go with Orchard Home Surveys and I have to say they were excellent from start to finish. Nice thing about them is that they seem to have a more "personal" touch which you wouldn't get with bigger companies in the sense that Chris and Vicki go the extra mile to keep you updated and take time to phone you after the survey has been completed just to go through aspects before sending you a full detailed report. Really highly recommended.

We decided to use orchard home surveys as they were local and we were not disappointed.
They manged to book us in and get the survey back to us in a timely manner. Would recommend to friends and family.

Amazing! Prompt, communication was fab and the report is amazing!

The survey was carried out with extreme attention to detail . The result was delivered within a day or two. I am more than satisfied with every aspect of the survey and have no hesitation in recommending them

We had Chris do a survey on our new house and he was so helpful. He completed it on the set date and called us after to let us know how it went, walking us through his findings. He has continued to be very helpful letting us know when to expect our report and telling us to give him a call if we had any questions. The report was easy to read and understand, broken down into sections of things needed to be addressed soon and things that might need replacing/fixing in the next 5-10 years. All in all I could not recommend this company more they are amazing!

Fantastic service. The one to use

I can only echo the essence of other reviews provided by customers. You receive attentive communications, a timely service, immediate feedback with initial results and a prompt follow-up with the full written report. All things that are important during a property purchase exercise.

Chris and Vicki were most helpful. The survey was organised quickly and efficiently. The report was comprehensive but clear and understandable, and enabled us to have a thorough understanding of any issues/recommendations. Chris also rang prior to the report being emailed so that he could run through the key points. An amazing service, would recommend.

Company is helpful and give report on time ..

Orchard Home Surveys have proved themselves to be well worthy of the five stars rating. The survey was carried out as arranged and initial verbal feedback provided immediately, with the full (extensive) report provided a few days later. The service however extends beyond the report as there is a keen commitment from surveyor to ensure the report content is understood and in our case some complicated issues have arisen and the ongoing support and advice has proven invaluable. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Excellent service, great communication, speedy response and priced very reasonable. Would recommend Chris 100%

Quick, efficient and detailed survey would not hesitate to recommend

Great local business would definitely use them again.

Chris and the team where quick, efficient and explained everything ver clearly and professionally. Their pricing was fair and report was sent over promptly.

Thank you for your help on our purchase!

Great experience with Chris and the team, everyone is really lovely and helpful. Chris gave me a call after he done the survey and had a quick chat and tell me how it goes, he said a written report will be sent once its ready. He then sent a report two days later with really clear pointing system to level the urgency of the repair in the house. Definitely recommend their service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent experience from start to finish. Had a call from Chris as he finished the survey, he went over his findings briefly. Full report followed a few days later.
