Great communications, was easy to navigate their portal. They arranged everything with the Estate Agents. I needed a level 3 survey, they arranged everything and the report was sent back to me within a week of booking them. Excellent service.

​I had a property surveyed back in October while I was abroad, and the entire process was seamless. The surveyor handled everything independently, including key collection, which meant I had zero stress while out of the country. Communication was excellent from the first point of contact right through to the final feedback.
​As a first-time buyer, this was the most critical part of my decision-making process. The surveyor even called me on WhatsApp to walk through the in-depth report and answer all my questions. Thanks to the level of detail provided, I was able to negotiate the house price down by £15,000—an incredible return on a survey that only cost a few hundred pounds. Very efficient, very thorough service

They made the process so easy. I enquired entirely online. They responded almost immediately, they had availability within a week, delivered the report ahead of schedule, and the surveyor responded directly to my questions in plain English very promptly.

Everything about the company was five star in my experience the pricing was competitive, the report was thorough and had clear photos, the drone survey gave me a clear and thorough view of the roof which is excellent when you’re buying an old property.

I ended up paying far less than I thought I would have to for a level three building survey, and got far more help and guidance than I expected.

Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Report was long and detailed but not helpful in the main. For example, the property has three lofts, details in report did not specify which loft. Report talked about damp on timber, did not specify which part of roof frame and in which loft either. Made this very hard to gauge seriousness of issues. Ended up sending out spearate tradespeople as couldn't rely on the information. Active wordworm missed completely. Waste of money. Complained, responses were sent to an incorrect email address and when eventually received were not helpful and did not clarify the points raised. Having commissioned eight such surveys in the past, this is the least helpful and vague I have received.

Professional and timely service. Easy to use website, professional and responsive responses, delivered on their commitments. I've used them for two surveys and have been happy with the service both times.

Excellent company. I had a Level 3 RICS survey done by Liddy and the final report was so comprehensive and clearly laid out, it made the decision to buy a house much less stressful.
Communication throughout the process was excellent with quick responses and genuine willingness to help.

Excellent detailed and comprehensive level 3 survey report detailing every single aspect of the property structure and condition. In addition we opted for the additional drone survey of the roof with it being an old stone roof. The photos taken of the condition and clear repairs required were excellent. As a result of the evidence provided with this report, we were able to negotiate an appropriate reduction in the asking price of the property.
This was carried out in a very timely manner and reported back in very short time.

As a first time buyer the comparison site referrals and follow up from all the surveyors contacted can feel overwhelming, however a short call with them offering to answer any questions, build some shared understanding and a non-pushy approach contributed to me selecting them.

The Level 3 Survey I selected was scheduled and undertaken quickly and survey report provided within the promised timeframe. I felt the survey format was clear and aligned with my expectation from the sample on their website. Sharing the survey with friends, they felt the survey I received was well detailed, often more so than their own experiences of Level 3 surveys, which was great to learn.

The recommendations for further surveys by specialists (roofer/electrician) were spot on and subsequently significantly improved my negotiating position on agreeing the final house price. Thanks to my surveyor, Olivia, and the team.

We would absolutely recommend England Property Surveys, had Ben do a survey for our to be house (which we now have moved into) in Bramley and genuinely had such a wonderful experience. The survey was so in depth, and thoroughly informative, super easy to understand which was so crucial to us as first time buyers. But, what stood out the most was Ben’s exceptional customer service, for what we paid he delivered more, I managed to call and get through to him straight away; and he gave me all the advice and answers to anything I’d asked, when I told our estate agent, she was shocked as in the industry she shared that’s it really rare to have 1:1 time with surveyors, this was obviously something Ben had done to go above and beyond - thanks so much! I've used England Property Surveys twice now and I would use again if necessary. I've ordered 2 level 3 surveys and I'm really happy with the report. They are very professional and thorough and went through all the items I requested, where possible. I also ordered a drone survey, which I think is really useful in order to be able to see the roof and chimney flues in great detail. I absolutely recommend their services.

Honestly the survey they did saved us a whole lot of problems, if it wasn't for the amount of detail and effort they did we wouldn't of known what was coming.
