Orchardhomesurveys Recenzje

Orchard Home Surveys were recommended by another Surveyor Company who couldn't take on the work, due to illness, back in June.
Chris Tucker was my Surveyor and he was from start to finish, very communicative before and after the Survey, the booking process was easy to use and the staff are very polite and professional. The report was very detailed and left me in no doubt about purchasing my forever home....Thank You Chris & Team....Paullette Hill

Superb! From initial enquires, through to booking and completion of survey the whole team were so lovely and quick to respond. The follow up phone call from Chris was so informative and he was happy to answer any questions. The actual report itself was super thorough and easy to understand. Honestly could not fault the service, reasonably priced with a personal touch. Thank you so much!

Really glad we used Orchard for our survey, communication was on point and the report was very detailed and professional with plenty of photo evidence showing the good and the not so good at the property....above and beyond!

I was very impressed by the quality of the survey and how much detail it went into. Chris rang and explained everything clearly over the phone, before producing the report too. Excellent customer service.

Competitive price, quick response appointment for viewing, report was within a few days. Great communication. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic company, smooth process throughout. A very detailed report received within 48 hours of the survey taking place. I would highly recommend!

Chris and the team were amazing. They had availability the following week, and the whole process was very easy and straightforward. There were a couple of things I wanted the surveyor to take a closer look at, and Chris was really helpful. He called me after the visit to talk me through his findings and I received a detailed written report three days later. He also offered another call if I had any queries after reading the report. I would definitely recommend Orchard Home Surveys and would happily use them again.

Cannot recommend enough! Organised a RICS Level 2 survey and it was booked within a couple of weeks, and my report was completed promptly after the survey was done. The surveyor called to talk through the findings and made everything simple to understand. The whole process was so easy and the online portal made things easy to track. Overall it was a fantastic service, thorough report and every individual I spoke to was incredibly helpful.

A great service very professional from initial booking to completed survey and feedback, results were received earlier than scheduled and follow-up call to go through findings ahead of the final report was appreciated as things were explained clear and simple including tips and recommendations for me to follow up.

Good communication. Telephone report was received promptly. Written report was received within set timescales and was comprehensive. Would recommend.

Great Service Great Price Great People :-)

I highly recommend this company for a home survey in Bedford. The estate agent advised against getting one to secure a quick sale, but I am so glad I ignored that advice. Chris was fantastic. He was incredibly kind and pointed out exactly what needed to be done to the property and the true condition it was in brilliant attention to detail and communication. Excellent service.

Excellent service.Survey done within a week.Chris called me straight away afterwards to give me the headlines.A full report followed & Chris answered some of my queries in a follow up call.I would highly recommend.

Thank you so much Orchard home surveys. Chris was brilliant, he called me after the survey was completed to talk through what he had found, followed by a detailed report within a couple of days after that. Excellent service throughout. Highly professional, responsive and efficient. I would highly recommend him.

Clear, concise RICS homebuyer report. Excellent price. Easy to book with friendly helpful staff. Chris followed up with phone call on day of survey with any important issues he had highlighted
before written report was received following week.

Really comprehensive and sensible report with useful verbal feedback prior to getting the final written report.

Really friendly team. Responded to online request with a phone call within minutes. Level 2 survey arranged within 3 working days of the call and report provided the next working day. Also called to talk through the report briefly.
