It probably was out of your control, but this order took 2 years, 9 months to fill. I was please to get the email saying it was being shipped and how fast it arrived. Just in time for hunting season!

The website is comprehensive and detailed. Individual product descriptions include phots and dimensions so that you can be very confident about getting the correct item. Prices are reasonable. Delivery is very efficient and competatively priced. There is a 14 day no quibble mo eg back guarantee for absolute peace of mind. Excellent service and quality product
OT provided a quick response to my question regarding the installation of a Rouan pic rail. Their response resulted in my purchase of the Rouan pic rail. Shipping of the rail to the USA was quicker than I expected and the cost of the shipping was very reasonable. The quality of the Rouan pic rail was first rate and the installation on a CZ Brno ZKK 602 was easy. Great products, even better people!
Bought a Vector Optics Green Dot from them, was shipped and arrived promptly. It was well-packaged and updated me with the shipping details very soon after purchase. Besides that I also had the opportunity to win their weekend give-away and won the Steiner eRanger Binoculars, also of great quality. Optics Trade is a good place to be for sights and optics as they have the widest selection I've seen within the EU!

Cancel order followed by radiosilence.
EDIT:
I was met with a refreshing customer service and they did a great job following my refund to the door.
Turns out there was an issue with items in stock and items ordered and I was last in line. These things happen.
First of all great store with great selection of quality products and very competetive prices.
With that being said, communication is as good as non existing.
I ordered a sight, and the money was withdrawn within minutes from my account.
I don’t hear anything the folmowing days and I write them to ask for a status.
A day later I get an e-mail about my product was not in stock and I could wait or cancel.
I chose to cancel and expect a Swift refund.
2 days later I still have not heard anything and I am starting to think something is suspecious about this company..
Hope they work on their communication departement and that I see my money again.

Quick Delivery with no issues.
Was a little confused with the "customs" options so selected the full service, which increased the cost of the item(s), and all went well. I've heard this from others but am surprised how quickly we receive items when ordering from Optics Trade if you're in the U.S. Most of our domestic providers could learn a lesson from this overseas vendor.
