Terrance Davis was great he lead and instructed me on everything he wanted or need done as it was my first time refinancing a vehicle. Terrance reduced the pressure or stress when going through the process by really breaking down each task and expectation.

Thus far, doing business with open road has most definitely been a blessing. The process was easy and their correspondence has been quick, I will be saving almost $200 on car note payments! I recommend open road to anyone who is considering refinancing their vehicle!

Worst company to ever try to refinance through. Received their pre approval letter through the mail off lower rate and smaller payment. Showed me saying over $110 a month. Applied through the site with the offer code for the loan and was approved. Called the next day to be told that my rate was DOUBLE what they offered and even 3.5 percent HIGHER than my current rate. Like what??? Why even send out something that is false representation! I understand the rates aren’t set on their pre approval letters. But if you’re going to promise some type of savings and then when people take the credit hit say actually you’re rate is HIGHER than you’re currently paying? That’s a scam. Do not send out pre approvals if the rate you offer once the application is filled out isn’t AT ALL lower than your current one. A waste of time and a credit pull. THEN when our call to opt out of these pre approval letters they want your social? Why? You shouldn’t need my social to opt out of a letter in the mail if you didn’t need it to send me these scammy false rates? That’s sketchy in itself.. I have no idea how they’re accredited through the Better Business Bureau. I’d stay away if I were you, cause I wish I did.
