My experience with Open Road Lending was very smooth. My expectation was exceeded. I am very happy with the smooth transition and great services that they provided.

I was informed of every steps of my refinance process and it was good working with my financial advisor Tonya Donaldson,she kept me informed of of my loan and answered my questions. "pre-approved" at a lower APR, they continuously forgot to attach the paperwork/loan agreement while prompting me to hurry up and submit my documents, then send paperwork the last minute with a HUGE APR. Hard credit hit for nothing. Garbage!

Don't buy a car from these guys, sold me car that needed new everything which cost more than the cars value. Not what you need from a dealer. My first car which I worked hard for is nothing like they described it.
