OpenRoad Lending has set the standard for the refinancing experience! The process was so simple and stress free that I thought it was too good to be true. My agent Julio Mileo was a pleasure to work with. He answered all my questions and made the process a breeze. I highly recommend using them!

Scam company that sells your information. My rate was gonna go up 7 percent and 100 dollars a month for a term longer than originally financed. They con you into thinking you have a deal and can save money just so they can sell your credit info and do several hard inquiries. They’re a scam and wouldn’t recommend.

Great customer service, super easy to deal with OpenRoad, process to refinance it took me no longer than 30min phone call.

This is a scam company with all fake reviews. They are a bait and switch false advertiser with many many unhappy clients. They are not a bank just a broker...They will falsely promise you a low rate just so they can put a hard inquiry on your credit. DO NOT fall for their lies or misrepresentation, I have reported them to the attorney general in CA for fraudulent practices and False advertising.

send scammy letters saying they can refi you only to not do anything. shady . be careful

SCAM!! BEWARE! I was scouting for some qualifying offers for refinancing car loan through MyAutoLoan, and they were the ONLY company out of 10 to do a Hard Pull on my credit without even speaking to me. I got a non-competitive offer and a hard pull before I could even get on the phone with them. When talking to a representative from the company to get the hard pull removed, they told me I didn’t read the terms well and hang up on me.
Please, AVOID this lender!!!!

Everyone I dealt with were quick to answer and explain what was needed!
It was an easy and smooth process without any complaints!!

I would like to personally thank Open Road Lending for making my refinance as seamless as possible. From start to finish everything was handled with the upmost professionalism. I didn’t get the savings I initially thought I would, but still ended up saving a good amount of money. I would definitely recommend Open Road Lending to anyone who wants to save money!!
