I had a great experience with refinancing my auto loan. I had Amera as my loan representative who was very helpful and explained the process which was very quick and easy to navigate. So I normally don't trust lending place that are not true banks but I received a offer in the mail stating I can save a $139...
so I'm like ok imma try.When I talk to someone I would only save $45,so I was like something is better than nothing.....I went thru the WHOLE process just for them to tell me I'm declined because of someone making a mistake on my mileage which she stated it was overlooked 3 times before the final process.....I am highly upset because I sent in all my personal info.
