I will say I’m a satisfied customer. My refinance experience was good and very swiftly. All was done and taken care of in a week with payout and all. Glad to be saving some money on lowering my car payments, lowering my interest rate and having to really extend my loan term and I don’t have to make my first payment until December. I’ve gone through Open Road more than once and both times they’ve gotten me the best deal opposed to other lenders who assist in refinancing.

Refinancing was fast and easy. Lillian Jean-Louis was very helpful with all the questions I had. She was very polite and professional. Great experience.

The process was pretty easy, it took longer than expected, but I was having to communicate via text and email. I'm sure it's faster if you call them. But everyone I encountered in the process was so friendly and so helpful. We ran into a few hiccups, just a tip if your DL shows your middle name, but your car title/loan doesn't, let them know so they can send you the correct paperwork. But my loan servicer was so helpful, answered ALL of my questions and overall the process was not bad. I would recommend to anyone who is looking to refinance. Also they lowered my APR almost 11%, my original APR with my previous lending company was ridiculous.

The whole process took awhile, but worth the wait. Shout out to Alan who helped me through the entire process. He answered every email/text and concern or question I had in a timely manner. They helped me refinance and reduce my interest rate by almost 10%. Thank you!!

By some chance I was browsing refinance for my car i had purchased in 2/2024. my payments and rate were pretty high and after some work on my credit i was able to get suggestions and have a better chance of refinancing my car. I was not expecting much but open road was ideal and i applied and was able to secure a loan . I got a lower rate and lower payments thanks to them. The process was super easy and quick. The agents i was dealing with communicated often, although it was ahrd to get my rep on the phone i was always able to contact them whether leaving a message or email. Thanks open road for the seemless process and getting my payments down!!!

I wish I could give this a lower review but it only allows 1 star. I went through the entire process and was told I was approved. I was told they were sending the payoff check to the finance company. Then at the last minute they say they can't help me due to my debt-to-income ratio which was the same from the start of the application. It's different when I have emails saying the loan was complete and had been approved and they called and completed the final step and then they come back saying they denied it, sorry. Then they acted like they didn't lie outright. Not a preapproval but an actual approval and loan complete. Do not trust OPEN ROAD and KRISTI LUCAS!

I would strongly advise anyone to avoid OpenRoad Lending. The process is inefficient, and I felt misled and taken advantage of. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

Wonderful experience! If a person wants to refinance a vehicle this is the ones for you. No hassle all online, couldn’t ask for nicer people, answers all your questions!
