If I could give 0 star I would.
I have been riding a 450 payment at 19% for three years. At the time of the initial loan I was in a bad spot with my credit.
It’s gotten way better, 100+ point difference.
These people HARD pulled my credit and only offered me 18% - this is laughable.
The rep on the phone said ‘this should have been a soft pull’ - well it’s not and now I have it on my record as well as my credit immediately going down 2 points.
Frustrating as this was my 4th inquiry and anything above 4 is deemed poor on your report.
Do not go with this company.
Not to mention, I had to call them to follow up with in online inquiry…

Grace Howarth is rude and spiteful and ruins your application just because you won’t text sensitive information and want to wait until the information is final to give verbal confirmation.

Garbage company sent me a pre-approval letter for refinance of an auto-loan. Lied and said they already checked my credit and denied me when I applied.

Cheyanne was very communicative throughout the whole process and just made the whole process smooth!

So easy to do! Everyone, especially Grace was so friendly, fast and professional. I was scared to do this at first because I had never done anything like this before but they made it so easy!

The refinance process was so EASY!!! The representative I dealt with was nice and very patient with my questions. Paige was extremely helpful assuring me that all was well with the completion of my loan. The title transfer process was super easy to navigate via video.
