STAY AWAY FROM COMPANY! Worst company that lies and scams you. Was told I was preapproved for double the amount the final payment was for. Each time I talked to someone the amount of savings I was told was cut by $10-$25 each time going down to half the amount of the original. Then on top of that they tell you that you are given a complimentary dent removal service for small dents. Which they then charge you for. I pay $2000 a year in insurance, I do not need to pay for some crap dent repair I was told was complimentary. I lost over a year of payments I made just to save a tiny amount, half than what I was told and then was scammed and lied to about about free services that they then tack onto your payment so they can make even more money. You lose valuable payments you make, take a hard credit hit only to save a small portion of what you are told at the beginning. They are a lying scammy company.

Waste of time. Supposed to help people with lower credit scores get refinancing, but you don't. Save you 3-5 hard credit inquiry points and find another place to help. Shame on Credit Karma for saying I had a good chance of approval.

I Was Sent A Letter For Refinancing With Open Road. I Was Told That The $480.00 Payment Could Be Lowered To The $378.00 A Month By Going With Them. The Next Day, A Representative Quoted Me A Higher Payment Of $525.00 A Month. Why Would I Go Up From My Present Payment To A Higher One. So Sad That I Was Fully Mislead By Your Advertisement,No One Should Waste Their Time With This Company! So Sad!!
