Tom was very pleasant and patient with me. My query was resolved without any hassle, which makes a refreshing change.

Herry was very helpful with moving our business over to Octopus and answered all queries in a friendly, efficient manner.

Brad was very attentive and knew your products very well, he guided me to what appears to be the best plan for my business and this straight forward attitude was very much appreciated.

It was frustrating initially when the website for business sign-up did not allow the name of our church to be uploaded. Several attempts, several emails and several different people involved before my final call for help answered by Olivia/Lydia.

The email response was very prompt, which left the customer impressed with the service.

The team are working hard my behalf but they appear to be working g with their hands tied.
I do not understand why it has taken nearly twelve months to migrate our account.
The other thing I would like you to look at are your invoices as I more confused when I read them, they show a current balance then a minus figure, but the minus is not a credit it is a charge in any other accounts a minus means credit, but not in your world, I would appreciate a call to discuss

I've only given you 3 stars because (as it turned out) your online system for changing tariffs didn't work properly.
I was suspicious that it hadn't worked properly so I called and I have to say that Joseph's help was first rate and definitely worth 5 stars. He tried to help, established that he wasn't able to, and so undertook to find the answer to the problem and get back to me the next day. And he did exactly that, with my issue sorted out. Excellent, and how refreshing to get through promptly to a human being. Just a pity the system didn't work properly in the first place.

It was a good result but tbh the waiting time and I had to ring to sort it out so maybe octopus need to look into checking updates to make sure they are done correctly before a customer has to contact to resolve the issue

Had an issue registering online. Managed to get through to an advisor quickly, issue resolved and new account set up with no issues whatsoever. Call handler was polite, clear and ever so helpful. Checked all details, costs and thoroughly explained everything.

We had a Smart Meter fitted in April of 2025 and it has never worked...!!!
After over a year of broken promises and 4 hours each month rectifying grossly over "estimated" bills, we managed to speak with a FANTASTIC Octopus representative, Sarjana who not only listened but actioned her promises.
The situation now has a course of action and hopefully will be resolved soon with a new Smart Meter installation.
Sarjana has been the defining factor in getting something done and for that we are MOST grateful.

The issue was easily and amicably resolved.
