Really fast to arrive (about 5 working days in UK), brand new in mint condition - really happy. Wasn't sure if company was a scam but had loads of good reviews, I'm just adding to them with my experience

REVISED REVIEW . I had left 1 Star for the following situation..... Read on to see what happened...
Placed order 9th Feb via Ob2shop.Co.Uk website, now 14th Feb and chasing up having had ZERO updates.
I emailed to chase up and received a fast reply to say UK warehouse operating as normal but out of stock. Website says IN STOCK!
They have said it will be another 5-8 days for stock but I have doubt I'll ever see it as there's been NO communication, updates, or tracking, and now this CONFLICTING INFORMATION. I've asked for a refund and now NOT getting a reply. PayPal claim here we come....
That's where it was left with a 1 star feedback.

Moving on with new developments...

The first thing to say regarding the emails, is that I have confirmation that they are coming from China. I mention this as they didn't until today (15/2/24), and it obviously causes delays with the time difference. They didn't say that they were going home yesterday, just stopped emailing.

SO after the ZERO communication or tracking, AND being told that they were OUT OF Stock etc, out of the blue it arrived yesterday unbeknown to me until this morning (after yesterdays emails saying no stock and wait 5-8 days). It was left with a neighbour who didn't sign as the courier just placed on step and took a photo 🤦‍♂️
When I checked my email this morning I was being offered a refund in exchange for altering my review. Then a further email saying it was delivered 🤷‍♂️

Conclusion:-
To be fair I did receive the item 😀OTOFIX D1 Lite. I've only had time for a quick look but it does appear good so far.
The big problem here is the ZERO communication/updates/tracking so I was left guessing if I was getting a delivery or not. THEN, when I did chase it up there was further confusion leading to concern when I was told there was no stock, and I could receive a refund, then emails just stopped....!

You need to provide a full chain of communication including shipped, estimated delivery date, and tracking, NOT just order received then nothing!
I'll adjust my review from 1 star to 4 stars as requested for the item received, however the 1 star remains deducted for now for the stress, confusion, and concern caused, not to mention the wasted time, which I think is generous all things considered.
20/2/24 Further more, I have been asked to point out that I did receive a partial refund of £30. I didn't ask for this, but appreciate it for the headache caused. As it has been far from a perfect transaction I think 4 stars is very reasonable.

My magic tank key cutting machine had been working flawlessly until old app stopped working. I tried several websites for assistance to no avail. I contacted obd2shop and got a quick email response. After purchasing and receiving an x100pro2 auto key program at obd2shop.co.uk i tried to updated it with the latest software. After updating it did not start up again and I contacted customer service who asked me to return it and was then promised a refund. The package was marked with the correct recipient address and sent back a week after I received it. The shipping cost was £28. After four months, the package was returned unopened. I contacted customer service again and they asked me to return the package once again but now the warranty had expired and therefore could not get a refund.
