I was order item for 1249 pounds
I was order item for 1249 pounds. And on the website was saying in UK 2or 4 days for delivery. But was big big delays. With I was finding my item was not even in UK.
And DHL done delivery in Birmingham with location show. But parcel must be delivered in Milton Keynes. And now I can't get back my parcel and Money. Because seller saying parcel was delivered and send me picture with is not even looks my door and is in Birmingham. Even OBD2 asked go and check parcel in Birmingham meybe I will find. With is make me very angry. And till now still try to get my parcel or money back. But still nothing because parcel was delivered to wrong place and OBD2 don't CARE....... IF YOU CAN AVOID OBD2
And on original website you not can write bad feedback. Only good with is scam people.
Refund was done PayPal but not you. Because all tracking locations and your massage to me to go to Birmingham and check my parcel was nonsense. You think I will go 2 hrs check my parcel because is was delivered wrong? DHL says was delivered to my door so why location is wrong? Why DHL not provided location for delivery in my address?
Why delivery picture is not my door?
I was promised deleted but now now way.
And as well you was always asking contac dhl and ask for nonsense with DHL reply very clearly what you have to do but you didn't believe. Let's see peapol how you don't care about your customer. You was laying from 1 minute you said delivery will be in 2 or 4 days. But is take weeks.
How you can now I only leave bad rewiev?
Again laying.
And DHL reply to me and I send to you screenshot DHL not given any record number. You have to use tracking number for the claim many time was saying to you but you not even care what Dhl reply.
So if parcel was delivered to my address why DHL didn't share location like was requested?

Forthly, the full amount 1239 GBP was refunded to your account. But you do not keep your promise to delete the review.
