Brilliant experience for me. Ordered with SSD and arrived in less than week. Had no problems at all with the hardware, works perfectly, but I did have a few problems with software. Turned out to be my own fault with setup but it was all fixed within an hour with great support through WhatsApp. I'd recommend there products to anybody A+++.

Very strange experience buying from this Chinese seller. Elyza is quite communicative, responds to emails, happy to get her engineer on a remote desktop session to help you.

Unfortunately the device I received was faulty. The engineer tried to fix it several times over remote desktop and failed.

I requested to return the diagnostic device for refund more than ten times now. Elyza simply ignores these requests and says yet again that "the engineer can fix it". Another remote session... Another failed fix... Repeat.

I'm tearing my hair out!

Device is going in the bin and I accept that my money is lost.

Do not do business with these dodgy Chinese sellers!

I recently purchased a artidiag 900bt scanner I was informed it would be shipped from a uk warehouse two days later I have it the whole process was smooth and I payed a lot less then the ones advertised elsewhere thanks guys I was also sceptical at first but I’m very happy

Oh dear. I thought I bought a diagnostic tool from this obd2 seller and found out that it declined to offer any assistance because I did not buy from it. It identified itself as Obd2shop / obd2shop as opposed to obd2UK which was the one who sold me.

My seller, obd2UK marketed a years long histry of its business in the UK. I am not sure which one of them is shadow entity of the other.

Back to my problem and incidentally, the unit that I bought from that obd2UK was a Mercedes DOIP C4. It was sold with sofeware such as Monaco and Viademo which are software for coding and programming of control modules with Mercedes factory / original coding for replacement modules or original one with incorrect configuration of coding. It was marketed as "full dealer level functions,..." My unit's access to destinated online support system were denied for any of these codings for any module. Even my much cheaper scan tool could gain online access for coding of a number of modules.

My unit was also marketed as unit with software that were fully updated". For S Class cars, W221 (up to 2013) is the latest series installed in my Unit.

The technical team did responded to my request for help with the access to the online support system, they communicated with me through WhatsApp and operate my unit remotely to gain access to the Mercedes' online support system but they were met with the same denials. They texted me that they were communicating with Mercedes and will revert.

Until online access is authorised / in good order. the unit served me no purpose. The assistance process dragged on beyond the no gribble refund period.

Thereafter, I have never received anything from them. My repeated enquiry on the status of the dealings with Mercedes were ignored. Blackout.

When I wrote with dissatisfaction, still no response. I then tried to contact someone from the sales department and I ended up in this obd2shop website and was informed that it has no ties with my seller obd2UK.

I found out from my searches through eBay and Google map that this seller obd2UK contact address is situated in a residential area. . I used the same WhatsApp address to ascertain if that was the only address for correspondence, I also mentioned about using the address for legal actions. To my surprise, I received response immediately. Instead of assuring me that the access to the online system will be resolved, I was threaten that I was stalking the people there. It also wrote the name of my employer company (something that I did not disclosed though I had previously disclosed that I am a solicitor when I thank one of its helpers for the prompt and friendly assistance and offer my free legal advice that they might chose to receive from me. I knew that they were from China who might yet to have settled in. On reflection, I shouldn't be surprised with the aggressive handling of dissenting voice from me.

I bought the Xhorse MIDI Basic and was told it will arrive before Christmas. Unfortunately it did arrive a week late but when it arrived everything was good. I was nervous after reading some reviews on here but to be honest the support have been good. The product is genuine and brand new as advertised. They gave me £20 refund as a way of apology for the delay. I find being able to message on WhatsApp really useful too. I am happy and I will use again. I will write a new review for all my upcoming orders too.

I've recently bought an Xhorse key tool max pro and was trying to get hold of Xhorse customer service for a week before having no joy and giving up.
