Fantastic company overall. I have bought 3 diagnostic tools and mileage correction tools now with complete ease. Always the cheapest prices and always available on WhatsApp when needed which wasn’t very often. Great customer service and delivery time to uk is usually 3 days.

I’ve just bought 2 years updates for my launch x431 pad with obd2shop the whole process was easy and fast and a lot cheaper than doing it through the machine.would recommend

Ok, i purchased a x431 pro3s+ at reasonable price from Elyza at obd2shop. So far so good. I was kept upto date by dpd the courier nearing the delivery time. On the day of delivery. As I was not in dpd said they delivered it to next door. To which I contacted my neighbour to find out they weren't in at the time of the alleged delivery. On coming back home from work. I found out it hadn't been delivered to next door. I gathered more than enough evidence to prove it wasn't. From video, to the name they used as signing for it doesn't live there. Dpd just took a photo of the front of the house at 54. No photo of parcel being handed over at the door, as dpd should do.
But the obd2 company refuse to escalate it further to a courier company claim. Which leaves me without my package and £665 out of pocket. Obd2 company state that I should be chasing dpd company to claim. Which blatantly isn't how it works.
BUYERS BEWARE IF YOU SHOULD COME UP AGAINST SUCH AN ISSUE.
I now have paypal on the case.
