hej,jag köpe dyra produkter,dem packade i 2 paket och en paket förlorades,jag fick inte mina grejer som jag bestälde som kostade 660 euro post nord tar ingen ansvar,och säljare vill inte kontakta post nord,vet inte varför.person som kontaktade mig är o Kina och vill inte kontakta post ord,det är bedregeri,alla ska vara försiktiga.

Excellent, good service

I purchased tech tool software remote download and they cannot get it done. I've reached out every possible way that is offered on the website and it may take several days to get a response I need this to finish a job and they do not get in any hurry to help the customer I'm done with it I'm sure the refund process isn't worth my time don't buy from them unless you want to wait several days to get any help.

So I made an order a while back for a diagnostic tool, but they sent me one which was faulty.

The whole return process has been an absolute nightmare! Slow response, rude and stubborn staff!

I’ve had to pay £50 for the return as they refuse, PayPal have been absolutely useless too and don’t protect you at all (whole other story there) so I am out of pocket for ordering an item. I’ve had to pay to return a broken item and it’s just been such a nightmare. So I’m out £50 and an absolute headache of trying to sort this. It’s taken nearly 2 months to sort this refund!

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS PLEASE DONT LET THEM SCAM YOU

After one week they cancelled my order by fake technical issues after I complained in advertising is said product is delivered from uk in 3-4 days but they lie to clients and send everything from china and most of products not have on stock .Not recommended you will lose money and time.
