REPORT THIS WEBSITE. Report to netsafe, submit an online police report, get these scammers shut down. If you check their "flower care" page you can see the entire text was stolen from elsewhere (importing flora into NZ is no easy process yet their website talks about flowers imported from Ecuador, Colombia, Canada and other places). Don't fall for this trap, you won't get what you pay for and you won't be able to contact them.

Absolute scam. I paid $100 for a Valentine’s Day package that was supposed to include a half-dozen roses, a vase, and a teddy bear. What showed up was five sad, nearly petal-less roses — no vase, no teddy bear.

When I called customer service to complain, the agent literally hung up on me. I tried the online chat as well, and if they responded at all, it was 30–60 minutes between messages. Completely useless.

They know exactly what they’re doing. Save your money and don’t fall for it.

Terrible service. The site is a scam, images of what you order is not even close to what arrives. There is no difference between basic and deluxe, regardless of what you order, the same crap arrives. I ordered the Sweetheart Roses in Mason Jar, when it arrived, no mason jar, no limonium and the greens were yellowing. There was some random dollar store teddy bear thrown in the box.

In summary, this is not a local business, it's a India based company who has registered an NZ domain, the images on the site are fake, they've been hijacked from a competitor site, the delivery is not as advertised... SCAM ALERT!!!

This business needs to be reported and shut down. I'll be submitting a format complaint to my banks fraud department and requesting the transaction be reversed. I'll also be forwarding a complaint to the Ministry of Business to get these people shut down asap.

IF YOU HAVE PHOTOS AND TRANSACTION HISTORY, SEND IT TO YOUR BANK! The best way to hurt these fraudsters is the get your money back and stop them trading.

Avoid like the plague. I suspect that Bloomex NZ have had terrible reviews and are using this website extort money from the public. My purchase was from here and I received an order confirmation from here but the delivery notes were from Bloomex NZ, a notoriously bad company who promise next day delivery that takes 5 days and more, according to other reviews and personal experience. They send out inferior quality drooping bits of flowers that bear no resemblance whatsoever to the item purchased. I bought a deluxe bouquet for $100 and when it arrived there were petals dropping off the drooping fragments of flowers that really could have done with CPR before the could stand in a raspberry jam jar. I contacted the company but all attempts to get any type of communication were unsuccessful as my emails and messages were returned and my phone call said the number did not exist.
These people give NZ florists a bad name.

Oh dear - a lesson for me - I should have read first.. expensive bouquet ordered .. a few roses delivered..awaiting a response..

Don't order from here. Bought sympathy flowers for my sister in law, picture was a beautiful white elegant bunch. The bunch sent was small brightly coloured mixed flowers. I'm gutted. The email dosnt work. They don't respond to chat and phone is disconnected. How can we report the website? Has anyone got their money back?

I picked an arrangement of pink roses. The flowers sent were not roses and were wilted. Tried to chat with them but no response. Don’t use this company!

Ordered the delicate elegance supersize bouquet at $89.95 which should have been white roses, pink and white alstroemeria, white asters, and seasonal greenery and got 9 red gerberas sent. Just the stems not in an arrangement. There was no attempt to substitute for like flowers as they state in their order & return policy or any contact to say they couldn’t fulfil the order (also in their order & return policy). Very disappointing. I wish I'd seen these reviews before ordering.

Wish there was a ZERO star option.
My brother spent NZ$150 on sending me a "hamper" for my birthday. Firstly it did not arrive and they made some excuse about the address which was correct as he forwarded his order confirmation to me to make sure. They assured me they would send it the next day. I received a few very cheap groceries including a bag of popcorn, mini bar of chocolate and small tub of candy floss. Never use this website. It is a scam.

Not what I ordered, and not a NZ company. Is clearly being run offshore. DO NOT USE. You will be more disappointed in the flowers than your husband's performance on Valentine's night.

The flowers I ordered were nothing like those that arrived. I feel that I have been scammed. Living in the UK, I ordered flowers for a golden wedding anniversary for my brother in NZ. I ordered the Blushing Elegance deluxe, feeling that the colours were very appropriate. What arrived were red and white roses with some pinkish alstromeria. Certainly nothing like advertised! And not what was ordered!

I’m overseas and spent over $100 for flowers to be delivered on a certain day. The day before delivery I get an email saying because of delivery schedules and a backlog of orders my delivery would be a day late. This was unacceptable because I paid extra for delivery. When the flowers eventually were delivered they were bruised and wilted and dying. One day after they were thrown away because some were dead already. When I complained to the company customer service department they apologized and offered a 20$ store credit- an insult. Wrote back saying they can keep the 20$ credit as I would never be using there company again or promoting them in anyway.
They need to deliver what customers pay for - on time and in a fresh state. They need to show more empathy to their customers

Bought a super deluxe bouquet (biggest option) for $130. A tiny bouquet of half wilted flowers arrived. Absolutely nothing like the description. I wish I read reviews about this company before purchasing.

I ordered birthday designer collection flowers on Friday afternoon expecting delivery on Saturday or at the lastest on Monday as described on the website, for a special occasion on Monday. The flowers were not delivered until Tuesday and were not at all like the flowers on the website. The bouquet was wilted and less than average to look at, certainly did not have the 'wow' factor as the website showed.
A person from the company rang me at approx 6am in Australia from NZ (approx 9am NZ time) to say the flowers could not be delivered on Saturday but would only be delivered Tuesday. This is contrary to what is stated on the website. No explanation was given except delivery would only happen on Tuesday.
I am very disappointed with the flowers and the website is not clear in stating the origin of the flowers is Auckland and that a courier is used to deliver the flowers.

Flowers ordered the day before did not arrive on the day they were meant to, despite receiving a confirmation SMS and the website stating very clearly same day delivery in New Zealand. As this was for a specific event and we did not receive the flowers (which we spent $120 on), I have requested a full refund.

I wish I had read these reviews before using this company- absolutely dreadful. They say they can do same day if you order before 1pm but that is a lie. I ordered 36 white roses as a beautiful condolence bunch for delivery the next day. I didn't get a confirmation email and had to request one the next day. I asked them at the same time to confirm that they would keep their word and deliver that day. They said it might be difficult and offered an upgrade of chocolates for delayed the deliver by a day. I said no thanks, I don't want chocolates for a condolence gift, please just deliver the flowers on time, as their online booking had offered me. They said they would get them delivered the same day. Of course that didn't happen and now the flower is with 'NZ post' going from Auckland to Hamilton so goodness knows when they will turn up. No one has replied to my email yesterday nor on online chat today. I would strongly advise against this company and will report them to trading standards for fraudulent advertising. Please never use this company.

Ordered online, spent $65. Flowers arrived to my grieving friend, they were wilted and sparse. NOTHING like the online pics! Will never order from them again!

What a pathetic company. They sent flowers that cost $100 in a box that was supposed to be next day delivery but were not scheduled by them until a week later. They arrive today only to be damaged, and look nothing like the image on there website.

Called to complain only to be told you have to complain by email and send photos. Thing is the email bounced back as undeliverable.

Save your money and heartache, NEVER use these people, your only going to be let down

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. My order arrived completely wrong, not just a small mistake, but nothing was correct. I expected that contacting the company would sort it out quickly, but instead I’ve been met with total silence. I’ve called multiple times, left messages, and emailed, yet I have not received a single reply.
It is unbelievable that a business can take someone’s money, deliver the wrong items, and then completely ignore every attempt to fix the issue. The lack of professionalism, communication, and basic customer care is shocking. I’m now having to chase them for a refund that should have been processed immediately.
In my opinion, this company does not value its customers at all. If this is how they handle mistakes, I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering. No one should have to go through this much effort just to get what they paid for, or to get their money back when the business gets it wrong.
I am extremely disappointed and will be dealing with this in person if they continue to ignore me. Based on my experience, I absolutely cannot recommend this business. They have also now blocked my number.
