North-West Office Furniture provided a service that could have gone drastically wrong if not for their persistent and wonderful customer service that followed up on the couriers' delay ensuring my product was received in excellent quality, hence the four stars.

Great selection of good quality furniture. Easy ordering, the chat function worked really well for the question I had before purchasing a desk and bookcase. Next day delivery was amazing. One item was damaged on delivery - spoke to customer services and they were really helpful, apologetic, and had a complete new desk set delivered to me the next day. Highly recommend this company and would definitely order from them again.

Initially, it was the price for the Nautilus Wellington Office Chair that attracted me, but later I found the quality of the item and their fast delivery that pleased me most. Well done!

What a refreshing change to deal with a company who know how to communicate efficiently, provide an extensive range of products to suit all budgets, and resolve issues promptly. I ordered an executive leather office chair for my home office. Arrived super quick and well packaged. Upon raising a minor concern regarding one arm which was slightly damaged, they dispatched another one free of charge. The chair I bought is anywhere between £350 and £520 with other online retailers. These guys sold it for £260 so a huge saving. Highly recommended professional company and a pleasure to deal with.

The Chairs were delivered within a couple of days of ordering without any issues. However, the quality of chairs wasn't as good as expected and the instructions for assembly were wrong. Luckily we have enough common sense to assemble them without issues.

The incredibly low and competitive price of the item I was seeking drew me to the company website. Initially, I was a little hesitant to purchase because I had never heard of them, and the price was so much lower compared to everyone else selling them. I decided to purchase, and the item was delivered earlier than expected and was as described so I was SUPER HAPPY! My only criticism of the company sales process (not the product) was that after I received the initial email confirming my order no other notification arrived from them to let me know the status of my order i.e. was my order being processed, had it been dispatched etc. After a couple of days with no update on my order, I was a little concerned so I called them directly and was told the order had been processed and the courier company would be contacting me soon to arrange delivery. This news came as a relief considering the high value of the item. I would suggest the company sales department send a progress/dispatch confirmation email to purchasers just to let them know all is well. Thank you.

As a small company, you don't always have the pull of the 'big boys', but the need for a comfortable office chair, meeting the needs of health demands is still very real.
When speaking with Jamie and explaining my needs and desire to 'try before I buy' so that I wasn't making another online mistake, he had the perfect solution in conjunction with Hood Seating.

His service has been second to none, not only listening, but understanding and providing a solution that is 'The Perfect Chair!'

I can't recommend Jamie and North West Office Furniture highly enough. There should be a 10 Star option.
