Fantastic company. Great prices. Fast delivery. In a day and age when you come to expect poor Customer Service, they were brilliant. They were so helpful with all of my queries as I was buying office furniture to use as dining furniture so needed guidance on measurements, suitability, etc. My new "dining" chairs are great - very stylish and great quality. Very easy to assemble. I would give them six stars if I could.

We had a great experience dealing with this company. Their prices are very competitive, and the quality of their products is excellent. We purchased leather customer chairs as well as two leather operator chairs, and we have been extremely impressed with the quality and finish.
What really stood out was their customer service. When I needed to get in touch with them, it was easy to do, and all of my questions were answered promptly—usually within just a couple of hours. In my experience, that's a level of service that many larger companies simply don't provide.
They seem to have the values of a family-run business, genuinely caring about their customers and taking pride in what they do. I would highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a small problem with a chair I purchased eleven months ago.
I sent a photo and within a day I had a very nice reply and within 2 days a replacement part was delivered.

Excellent customer service. The furniture and chairs were of good quality, they arrived on time. Prices very competitive.
I needed an invoice and emailed sales, the invoice came back within a couple of minutes.
There was a problem with a chair and it was sorted immediately with no fuss.

Ordering was straightforward, and the delivery was prompt and efficient. When I had a question, the customer service was outstanding. The chairs I bought are of exceptional quality.

I placed an order for 3 Harland barstools on Sunday 4th January. Within an hour of placing the order Rebecca from sales at NWOF replied to me informing me that I had potentially ordered the wrong barstools for domestic use due to their 750mm height. She suggested that I check to avoid a returns fee plus a re-stocking fee. This proved to be correct, and Rebecca promptly processed the cancellation of my order and full refund. This was all conducted on the evening of Sunday 4th January. In my opinion an above and beyond customer service. Based on my experience I would not hesitate to use NWOF again in the future should they have the product I need.
