The ordering was straightforward and chair is aesthetically pleasing. A very study chair and well made but I don't find it is cushioned well
and a bit too hard for my body type and weight of 72Kg.

Would be 5 but…
Would be 5 but had to get couple of replacement parts as minor damage on arrival. The team were amazingly quick about sorting issues so no concerns on aftercare.

Buying office chair on line
Came across this company by chance whilst researching office chairs on line. They offered good quality products at reasonable price. The ordering was straight forward and I enjoy using my new chair. The only thing was there was no communication about the delivery day/time. I don't need many reminders, but one would have been helpful. Overall, it was positive experience.

We are disappointed to hear that you did not get any delivery notifications, emails are sent automatically as soon as a customer places an order and when the goods leave our warehouse but these emails can sometimes be marked as spam. This chair was sent with DHL and the mobile contact number provided with order was also passed onto DHL who should send tracking information via text to keep you fully updated. If you did not receive these notifications we can only apologise, we can fully understand and appreciate how this would not be ideal. We are available 5 days a week by phone and 6 days a week via email/live chat and would’ve been more than happy to provide your tracking information if we had known it had not been received.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. One of the tables arrived slightly damaged and I phoned Jamie at NWOF at 4.30pm. There was no quibble and offered a replacement, which arrived at 8.30am the next morning. Would highly recommend this company.

A company that puts the customer first
I am absolutely blown away by the products and customer service I have received from NWOF.
I ordered a number of items for my study, corner desk, filing cabinet, drawers, tall cabinet & a chair.
Fabulous quality.
Had a slight problem with the chair which was dealt with in a professional & positive manner and also amazingly quickly.
I can wholeheartedly recommend NWOF and will certainly use them again.

Excellent Supplier
The Titan office chair was very stylish and comfortable, it was very good value, indeed the cheapest price I could find on the internet for that make and model. NWOF provided excellent communication in respect of delivery date and time. The chair arrived as promised on the second working day after ordering, which was impressive. It was very easy to assemble and has fully met my expectations.

Great chair for the price
Great chair for the price. Just no communication to anything, it just arrived one day, luckily someone was in to get it. The SHOP app they use is worse than useless, had this issue before with it. Need to look at something different or just email customers when delivery is due.
OK reply explained it all. Could have saved a lot of typing by saying it was in DPD's hands. Most useless delivery company in this part of the NE.
