Herman Miller Verus Office Chair
Must admit, I hadn't heard of Wellworking prior to this purchase but based on this first experience am well impressed.
Purchased a Herman Miller office chair, Wellworking seemed to offer a much broader range of options than other retailers at competitive prices.
Ordered at 9pm in the evening and had an email at 9am the following morning confirming delivery 3 days later.
Delivery on the due day by a friendly and helpful driver. Wellworking have their own delivery company so suspect the standard is much higher than the hit and miss specialist delivery companies.
No fuss, no dramas just a great experience.

Professional, quick and with great customer service. Unfortunately I had to return the chair I had bought because too big but it was with a heavy heart as it was great.

The chair is faulty
The chair is faulty. It was reduced price because of missing paint at end of two pieces of dowling.
But actually the entire back is loose. When I lean back it's moving. I expect it will break in next week or so. For reference (in case wondering) I'm medium build around 80kg so notputting undue pressure on the chair.
I will potentially need to return it.
