Great customer service. Originally I had ordered trainers from elsewhere as a gift but sadly they didn’t arrive. Contacted Northern runner, trainers ordered and arrived the next day as promised

Good service and good product.
Arrived on time. Trainers are comfortable, with a fit that matched the description (wide fit). The trainers seem to be putting up well with cross country running. Very pleased.

Great, knowledgeable customer service
I contacted Northern Runner by email to get some advice on running shoes. They responded quickly with really thorough advice, with no obligation for me to buy anything from them. I did purchase the shoes they recommended, which were cheaper on the Northern Runner website than anywhere else I could find - these arrived really promptly (via Royal Mail, so no horrible courier experience), they fit perfectly and having now tried them out on a run, I can confirm they were just what I was looking for. Thanks Northern Runner!

I had a problem with the running shoes I’d recently bought . On receipt of my email Northern Runner contacted the manufacturer and resolved the issue within 48 hours .
